I'm so sorry for the late update... my great great-aunt died and although we weren't particularly close it broke my heart seeing my grandmother an mom so upset. I took a short break from writing to kind of get my life back together if that makes sense.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the update, I've come up with a schedule and will try to stick with it🤗
Wooyoung's pov
"I'm San" the stranger whispered after I had calmed down.
His clear voice immediately soothed my uneasy nerves and I found myself feeling the need to never forget the sound.
After a while of not responding I told him my name, my voice slightly shaking due to my sobs earlier on.
"That's a beautiful name" San sighed, and I could almost hear the smile on his face.
After another couple of seconds (that felt like hours) passed San shifted his body.
"We should get up now, love"
At these simple words I began to panic.
For some reason I didn't want to spend another second of my life away from this man.
I clung onto his arms in hope that he would know what I wanted without me having to say it aloud .
"Ah, I understand" he chuckled
although I could hear slight concern in his voice.
San
My mate obviously didn't recognize me. If he did it would be pretty obvious, he did however feel a connection to me.
I could tell by the way he subconsciously scooted closer to me and panicked when I shifted even though we just met.
I didn't know what to do. I couldn't leave him here and allow the alpha I saw him with deter him from accepting me.
And I also couldn't kidnap him...
"Well...do you want to come wi-" I offered, but before I could finish the puppy (who somehow ended up) on my lap interrupted me
"Yes yes yesss" he cheered
I didn't question it but I wondered what type of life he lived where he was so willing to come with me, not even knowing my full name.
"Okay then" I laughed
"Are we going to have to sneak out?" He questioned playing with his fingers
"It depends...are the people you're with going to mind you leaving the mall with a stranger?" I asked smirking
His cheeks immediately began to heat up and he casted his eyes downwards
"yes" he whispered
That was enough for me and I gently patted his thigh signaling him to stand up. I quickly got up and only then did I notice our drastic height difference.
"You're so small" I voiced
"No I'm not" he said blushing
"l-lets just go" he grabbed my much larger hand and guided me out of the bathroom and to the mall's back exit.
I could sense some hesitation in Wooyoung's mind so I asked him if he was sure he wanted to stay with me.
"I'm sure...I know it sounds weird but I can't tear myself away from you" he replied in a small voice.
I could feel my heart melting
"Okay then,pup. Let's go"
