Cold, abusive, arrogant, those traits are Commander Robin Atkin Downes. He has lost many, many battles agains Godzilla and other Kaiju, each time his own men perish, he harbours a deep hatred for all Kaijus, even the Earth Kaiju. He has incredible power over the K-Squad and other Monarch/GDF officials, he is also insane by his hatred.
