Megumi Fushiguro *Fluff*

It has been a week since I have started dating Megumi but I never see him these days.

It seems as if he has been avoiding me.

"Hey, Megumi!" I said while going in for a hug

"Hey Y/N." He said as he quickly dodged it and quickly walked past me

I stood there with my arms open ready for a hug only to be turned down. I stood there for a moment before seeing Nobara turn the corner and look at me for a moment before hugging me back.

"Hey Y/N- Oh, you want a hug? Sure!" Nobara happily hugged me.

Later that day

During Gojo-Sensei's lecture I was sitting down at my desk thinking about why Megumi was being so distant these days... Then a thought occurred to me.

"What if he got tired of me and doesn't love me anymore?"

Suddenly my heart sank and I felt like crying while mentally trying to cheer myself up in my mind.

"Y/N pay attention while I'm teaching!!" Gojo-sensei said while stomping his foot on the floor like a toddler.

"Sorry!"

After the lecture, Nobara suddenly came up to me with a toothy grin on her face.

"Hey Y/N wanna have a sleepover today? Girls only, just us!" She said excitedly.

Seeing how excited she was, I smiled back at her and accepted her invitation.

"Sure! I'll go to your dorm tonight."

"Yay!" Nobara said skipping away.

It was now midnight and Nobara was blabbering away talking about how she was so excited for the trip we were going on next week to an abandoned house for spirits. Until I interrupted.

"Hey, Nobara..." I said

"Yeah Y/N?"

"Megumi has been avoiding me these past days... Like the other day I was going in for a hug and he dodged it and walked away!"

"Wait so that's why you were standing there with your arms open?" Nobara asked staring at me.

"Yeah... The hug you gave me was still nice though." I said

"Thanks! But we have to find out why he's avoiding you!" Nobara said leaning into me very interested in the topic

"I have an idea!" Nobara suddenly got up and grabbed a book from her bookshelf.

The book was a romance novel about a girl who was trying to get a boy to notice her back by doing all of these crazy tactics.

"In this book, the girl who wanted her crush's attention put on makeup to look flawless and catch his attention! You should try it!" Nobara came up close to me nodding excitedly.

"We'll try it tomorrow before we go to school! You need to sleep to get your beauty rest!" Nobara then quickly put the covers on me, turned off the lights, and went to bed also.

Too afraid to say anything so I didn't bring her mood down I just obediently complied and went to sleep.

I was too tired to even follow what Nobara was saying. It was too early for this, and I was not a morning person. I tried your best to follow as she took many different makeup brushes and different types of makeup putting it all over my face. Everything was a blur but then she suddenly stopped.

"Ta-da!" She said excitedly before bringing a mirror for you to look in.

"You went from a ten to a twenty!" Nobara said excitedly.

"This is sure going to catch his attention!" She continued on.

As Nobara kept on talking about how pretty I looked, I was in awe.

All of my insecurities were covered up and I looked
like a model. I couldn't believe this was me!

I felt very confident while walking to school. Smiling at everyone who looked at me and I thought I looked very good!

Then I saw Megumi suddenly come into my vision. He stood there staring at me for a minute before walking up to me.

"Hey, Megumi! Do you like my makeup today? Nobara did it for me. I thought you might've liked it so I-"

"Why." He asked with a blank stare on his face

"Because I thought you might like it..." I said with an awkward smile and laugh following what I said

"Do you not like it..." I said looking down at his laced shoes feeling tears start to come into the corners of my eyes. I squeezed the sides of my skirt wanting to just disappear from the world in embarrassment.

Megumi noticed that what he said hurt my feelings and suddenly started to move his hands around frantically.

"W-wait I-" He said nervously while moving his hands around

I looked up into his eyes.

He finally rested his hands on my shoulders and looked into my eyes without averting them away.

"I didn't mean it like that!" he finally said

"I just meant like... YOU LOOK GOOD WITHOUT IT!" He yelled nervously with a red tint on his cheeks.

He then looked to the side his face growing redder than ever.

He then walked away before stopping gaining his composure before saying,

"You look beautiful no matter what you do."

Then he quickly walked away before his blush grew again.

I felt all the butterflies go to my stomach at once. I covered my face with my hands to hide my face before giggling and saying,

"How cute..."'

Bonus Chapter

"And that ladies and gentlemen is how you save a relationship!" Nobara said peeking her head around the corner while she was watching Megumi and I talk.

"Look at little Megumi blushing!" Gojo-Sensei said peeking his head around the corner too.

"What are we doing?" Itadori said before peeking his head around the corner also.

"Ooh! Are they going on a date?" Itadori said.
