 "Oh, sir! Don't forget to sign this form, that form, ah, don't forget that one either!" Mr. Wei's new assistant chirped in her high pitched voice.

"Yes, yes, I won't forget any. Now could you please leave?" Wei Wuxian grumbled. He wasn't very happy on how the assistant kept leaning very close to him.

"𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘮𝘦...𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨." Wei Wuxian let out a sigh. "𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸."

She had been trying to seduce Wei Wuxian since she had arrived at the company. Which was yesterday if his memory served him right.

That's was not his biggest problem. His biggest problem was having going home late and not being able to give Lan Zhan his goodnight kisses!

Sadly, things never turn out the way you want them to.

"Sir I-" the woman began.

"I have a boyfriend." Now this is what every woman had been given when they tried to confess.

His assistant stared...and the she laughed!

"Ahahahahahahaha- Is that what you thought I was going to say? Hahahahahahahahahahaha." To Wei Wuxian it looked the the woman was having the time of her life.

"You- then what were you going to say?" Mr. Wei frowned.

"I was going to say- Sir I'm sorry you have to work on your birthday!" She broke into a fitful laughter once again.

"What was your name again?"

"MianMian. Call me MianMian."

"Hm. I'll remember. Though you said something about my birthday. What did you mean Also if you were going to tell me about my birthday, why were you leaning over me like that?" He didn't want to attack MianMian with the questions, but he did want answers.

"Well I'm sorry that it seemed like I was leaning over you. It was not intended. Secondly, today is October 31st. Isn't that your birthday?"

"Yeah, yeah it is!" Wei Wuxian started to smile from ear to ear.

"Ah, just go home already." MianMian muttered with a shake of her head.

"The paperwork-"

"Nothing is needed tomorrow. Now go home before someone calls you!"

"Thank you! Thank you so much!" Mr. Wei screamed as he grabbed his things.
