Burned To Ashes

I don't know why I couldn't move. Maybe its Stains quirk. Me and Hawks were both paralyzed. I couldn't turn my head at all but I heard Todoroki.

"Let her go Stain, Her and Hawks." Todoroki shouted. I internally rolled my eyes. Does he really think he can just talk his way out of letting us go? How pathetic.

"I don't really think that talking your way out will work Todoroki, just don't let him cut you with his katana." I told him.

"Young girl is right, boy!" Stain replied. I was trying to move but nothing worked. Hawks was able to get up before me, maybe Stain can only hold it for so long. That means that I can get up soon. Hawks began to fight Stain along with Todoroki. I was soon free from Stains hold on me and I soon began to fight aswell. Stain fled as soon as I got up. That was really weird.

"Come on y/n lets get you home" Hawks said.

"I can take her home, I mean a pro hero like you is probably busy." Todoroki replied.

" No! I- I mean I can do it." Hawks picked me up and took off. This behavior from Hawks was really weird. He barely knows me and yet he seems so protective of me, Maybe it was because he had to be protective of me. I don't know Maybe. We soared over the city once again. We landed in my front lawn.

"I- I will see you tomorrow y/n." Hawks said. Just as he was about to take off he stopped for a moment. "Oh, And Happy Birthday y/n." He said with a smile. Hawks took off. I walked into my Burned on the inside House and walked to a pile of ashes that was once my father.

"Oh dad, why did you have to be such an ass?" I said as I gathered up his ashes and put them into a bag. I decided I was going to spread them around a river. Water was his favorite, he always loved to go fishing, I don't know why he stopped going, probably because he was too drunk to even walk.

"I think you'll be happier out there dad" I was talking to the ashes, How delerious could I get? I walked out of the house and towards the lake that dad used to go fishing in. I got to the lake and started to spread the ashes. I got done with the ashes and made my way back home. I walked into my house and looked around. 'I have to do something about this house.' I thought. I started to clean, and when I mean clean, I mean pick up all the ashes and throw them out. At least my house isn't crumbled down. Or thats what I thought until my house came tumbling down. I started to cry because now I have no where else to go. I walked out of my torn down house and started walking. I didn't know where I was going but I grabbed my school unifrom and walked down to the park. I just have to remember to be by my house so that Hawks can pick me up for school tomorrow.
