"Kai! Come downstairs!" a familiar voice said, but I was too trapped in my book to bother who had called, the voice repeated themselves, "Kai! Now!" I snapped out of it, what could they want, I walk to my door, open it, "What?!" I yell from upstairs, "Don't yell across the house, come down here if you'd like to speak with me." They say, 'What?' I think to myself, 'They literally called me, to talk to me.' I walk downstairs, to turn the corner, my mother stands, "Yes?" she says, I look around the room, to meet back at her eyes, "I don't know, you called me." I reply, confused about what she has called me for, "Oh yes, you got a letter, from...it doesn't confirm, just says your name." she hands me an envelope, only for it to be tan, with red wax melted to hold it closed, with some sort of crest design, and my name, I open the letter to be greeted by a large crest design, like the one on the wax, at the top, as I read further, the note includes:
'Dear Ms Skeetz,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted into Hogwarts; School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find an enclosed list of all books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1st. We await your owl by no later than July 31st.

Witchcraft and wizardry? I thought that was all made up in books, and fairytales...I take out the greeting letter to look at another folded letter inside, none the less, a list including the uniform and course books. "Mother..." I have a worrisome look on my face, "Yes dear? W-What is it?" she says panicky. I read her the letter aloud, "I've been accepted into Hogwarts; School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.." "Yeah right." She says, snatching the letter out of my hand, she reads the letter, only in her head, but I can still see her lips moving. "Oh my god." She looks up at me, "What day is it?" "Oh um, I glance at our calendar, July 27th, why?" I reply, "The letter reads 'We await your owl by no later than July 31st." she says, "Oh...I see." I reply, thinking for a moment, "Mom, how do I get there?" We go over the letter, "Oh, you missed this part";
To collect these items, please make your way to 48 Charing Cross Road, there you will find a small diner called the Leaky Cauldron, enter and head to the back, there you will find a brick wall, feel around, the wall shall open, proceed into the Alley, called 'Diagon Alley' head to 'Gringott's Bank' to collect your express ticket, once collected all items, head to King's Cross, and enter platform 9 and 3/4. "This is so exciting!" my mom says, "I know!!" I reply we both look at each other while happily jumping, "C'mon! Let's go get your things!" She says.
