Before I get started, I would like to tell you ahead of time that I will be posting a chapter every time I get a new chapter after it completed. So since I have published this chapter, it means that I have at least one or more not uploaded yet, and will not upload it until I have another chapter completed. Thank you for your time, and happy reading!!!
She looked all around, looking for a way out. The room she was in looked almost airtight. Any normal person could never see a way out. But she did. There was one very tiny window in the corner. It may have looked hopeless for any other person trapped in here, but the unsub must not have known that she took three years of gymnastics and could jump about three feet with a good running start, and could flex her way through anything.
She lined up with the window and aimed herself as she ran towards it so she could open the latch. she jumped two feet, grabbed the latch, and yanked before dropping back down. She did the same and pushed it open that time. She heard footsteps from upstairs and knew she was pressed for time, and she lunged up at it and pulled herself through it before shutting it back behind her.
Taking in her surroundings briefly, she noticed that she wasn’t too far from a busy road. She took off running at full speed. She ran into the middle of it and narrowly missed getting hit by a car.
“Hey, what did you do that for!” The driver yelled. She did her best to keep herself from breaking down in tears.
“Help me, I was just kidnapped!” The driver’s expression softened from rage to concern.
“Get in the back, hurry.” He said. She didn’t think twice. She heard yelling coming from the house she had just escaped from and told the driver to hurry. He stepped on the gas and never looked back. She did though, to make sure that his fugly truck wasn’t following. It wasn’t. He probably figured that she was long gone and it wasn’t long before she described him to a sketch artist. He was damn right.
“What’s your name? Do you need a hospital?”
“Are we in Virginia? Are we near Quantico?” She asked rapidly. She knew who could help.
“Yes, yeah, it’s a few miles from here. Do you need something there?”
“Could you take me to the FBI? Someone there can help me.”
“Of course. And I still need your name.” He told her.
“Jasmine Morgan.”
Well there you have it, the next one will be longer, I hope!! If not, I promise to make longer ones in the future!!! Love you all, and thank you for reading! Also, a heads up, I'm still in school, so making the chapters will be slow. Thank you for your time <3 <3
