"Y/NN!" Kuroo yelled while running after you, you squeaked and ran. Trying your best to get away from your brother. "L-LEAVE ME ALONE!" You exclaimed, now running around and chasing eachother like mice and cat. Kuroo smiled smugly and began to increase his speed. In a matter of seconds he finally got you in his hands, suffocating you. "BalAH! LeT go-!'' You begged as you continuously hit the arms that were caging you. "Nahhh, i miss you!" He snuggled your shorter figure, you could feel eyes staring at the pair of siblings, "Please.. i dont like being the center of attention." You sighed in defeat, now burying your face in his arms. Kuroo laughed and carried you away, letting your feet dangle off the ground.

"Sheesh.." You rubbed the non existent dust off your red-plaid skirt (theres no info about the female uniform so im just making up my own) "Your really annoying y'know?" You added, sending daggers at your older brother, he simply replied with a childish chuckle. "So what is it?" Kuroo smiled at the you, "Well.. we kinda need a new manag-" "No." You cut him off coldly, already knowing where this is going, "Nii-chan! I already told you that im not interested remember?" You cocked your head to the side, letting your h/c baby strands hang in the flowy air. "I know but! We're in a REALLLY tight situation!" He begged, "We're going to have a practice match with Karasuno soon, and we need a bit of help.." He drooped his head, knowing this would make you feel guilty.

"...please..." He pouted, frowning as big as he could, batting his non existent long lashes. You cringed at the desperate cat infront of you. You sighed and patted his head, admitting defeat "fine.." Kuroo instantly perked up and hopped in joy, he dragged you off. "Where are we going now..?" You closed your eyes, letting your brother drag you away to hell knows where.

"We're here!" You opened your eyes only to be met with large metal doors, the gym doors. You gasped at this, 'Kenma's gonna be here!' You gave yourself a pat on the back, for making the right decision to come here, oh sorry, did I forget to tell you? You have a MAJOR crush on the pretty setter of Nekoma, it was quite obvious, staring at him everytime you see his silky two-toned locks, always trying to start a conversation, trying your best to hold his hand. Everyone knew this, even the setter himself. You kept trying to gain his love every since the start of your 2nd year.

(Flashback)

You entered the new building, walking around aimlessly, you saw your brother talking to a shorter figure, almost as short as you. You focused your eyes on the figure beside Kuroo. You found yourself staring too long. Already knowing this feeling, you tend to fall inlove quite easily, which was a bad habit of yours, but hey, what could you do about it? You ran up to them, and pointed your finger at the two-toned boy "I love you!" You said confidently, smiling with pride, your brother didn't seem fazed by it, but it was the opposite for the said boy. He was a flustered mess, who wouldn't? A cute, short, feminine kouhai suddenly confessed to you. He couldn't say anything, he just stood there, in shock.

(End of flashback)

God how you missed his adorable reaction. You smiled at the memory, you quickly opened the door, greeted by your brother's teamates. You simply waved at them, looking for a certain pudding hair. You beamed in joy when you saw the setter in his usual place. You bowed your head and ran straight to him, you hugged him and squealed with joy, as he froze in place at the sudden interaction.

"Kenmaa-sama!!" You giggled but realized his stiffened body, yeah you loved him, and tried your best to make him feel the same, but its almost been a year, and he still acts the same, uninterested, bored, emotionless. Your hopes chipped away slowly. You quickly got off of him and apologized, Kenma was taken aback by your behavior, he has never seen you apologize for anything, you were called over by Kuroo, as he reminded his team that they needed to practice. They all chimed in agreement and you sat on the bench. Waiting for your brother's team to play.

After a couple minutes in the game, you focused all your attention on the notebook infront of you, taking notes of what they could improve on, and they're timing. The coach of the team observed everyone in the gym, including the new appointed-manager. In what felt like minutes the practice had already ended, you quickly shoved all your items into your bag. The coach dismissed everyone and went to close up the gym. Everyone had already started walking off, when they stopped at the realization that you weren't moving. "tetsurō?" Lev questioned you, You lifted your head and smiled, "Im gonna stay back for a bit. Kuroo, tell ma and pa okay?" Kuroo nodded, knowing this behavior already.

Everyone thought it was strange but decided not to question it, they continued to walk away, you kept your half-assed smile and walked to the opposite direction, Kenma quickly took note of this behavior. You were headed to the woods, 'why the hoods?' Kenma questioned, he quickly thought of an excuse, and followed you quietly. You reached the entrance of the woods, and followed the path you memorized, every step and turn was the same as you remember, you smiled at this.

You reached the peak of the hill, while a little cat followed behind you. You took a deep breath and sat down on the grass, the flowy yet calm wind blowing, through the starry night sky. You placed your bag under your head and wore your headphones, listening to your favorite song. You closed your eyes and enjoyed the moment.

Kenma's POV

Y/n didn't seem to notice me, she just laid on the grass. I would be lying if I said that it wasn't calming. I decided to sit behind a tree nearby, I looked back at Y/n. Staring at her side profile 'She's pretty..' I thought, I didn't take her to be the type to be this quiet, it was kinda refreshing.  We shared a comfortable silence, in the dark. I wonder what she's thinking about. With that  I took out my DS and played the new game she bought me.
