It was the next day it's was 5:17 in the morning I went to go check out Chloe bruises they still looked the same I sighed and went back to my room and. Laid across my bed when I hear a knock downstairs why would someone be at my door at this time? I walked quietly to the door and open it I was my big brother Thomas he hugs me and spins me around" hey big man. I said while he ran his hand through my hair back and forth " hey nerd where my little niece "  she sleeping what are you doing in town?" nothing just think I should stop by in say hi to my little sister, I laugh because he looks so bored " how is your ugly husband. I looked at him and frown" umm I'm actually getting a divorce. I look down at my feet. I just didn't want him asking so many questions I know this is going to end terribly " why you all ways loved that loser. I sat down in ignored the question he took a deep breath in lifted up my chin " did he do something wrong" uhhh um. CHAR did he touched you or my little niece spit it out NOW " ok ok josh hited  Chloe right after I dropped her off to spin a night with him because he said he missed her but he abuse her." so if I walk up to her room I gonna see bruises on her? " yes I'm sorry, I only think he abuses me bu-. Wait did I just said that I mean I was right I only think he did this too but I guess not ugh, I hate him " so you fucking telling me he abuse you to why did you not tell me? " I was scared. He pulled me to his arms in whisper " my little baby sis. He let go and went up to Chloe room .

I went inside in looked for her bruises when I find both I shed a tear I picked her up whispered " guess what big uncle is here. I see her Little eyes open she giggles " hey uncle I missed you a lot where Mommy she downstairs but you need to sleep I ganna take you to daycare, ok.she nods her head in jumped back in bed and give a kiss on her forehead " bye.i went downstairs to see Charli crying I don't like seeing my little sis cry.

Thomas sorry I didn't know..." char don't cry it's his fault ok your the best parent I know ok. he walks to me in place his hands on my shoulders " char you need to find someone better than that jock ok you need respect okay now go get in bed I don't want no buts ok you look tired. I didn't want. to get sleep but I did stay up all night " okay I guess love you. I walked upstairs In went to Chloe room
To see her hugging her Teddy Bear that chase give her at the hospital I walked back to my room in flopped on my bed my eyes started to get heavy in there I was sleeping for that first time from the worst day of my life

Ok, let's skip to 3 hours later. I was 8:34 in the morning I took a shower input on skinny blue jeans with a black crop top and black flats I went to Chloe room to see Thomas tickling Chloe I laughed in joined them we feel to the floor laughing " ok ok let's go, Chloe mommy got something important to do today. I watch him picked up Chloe in took her out of the room I follow them in said goodbye to Chloe they left I sighed I turned around in grab my keys and purse in left I got in my car in went to pick up my papers in paid my filing fee of $435 I know it's a lot but it's for the best I drove to josh house in took a deep breath in I knocked on the door he opened the door he looked at me with red eyes " char do we have to?. It looks like he has been crying all night " I'm sorry, josh but I have to okay I signed the paperwork already you have to sign yours now. He leaned on his counter in place his heading his hands " char I love you we have been married for 3 years. " some things come to an end for a reason now pls sign these papers. I watched him sign the papers. I Just know he was mad he never cried over me before. Chloe used to cry for her dad but he just always push her away I never wanted Chloe around him a lot Chloe always wanted a dad to look after her but never had one. I was now crying just thinking about these thoughts I looked up to see josh handing me the papers I walk to the front door and turned around in said  " your daughter always looked up to you but not an abused farther she always loved you  I guess you can't love her back the way she does........ Bye, josh. I walk to my car in look at josh in his doorway he sheds a tear he turned around in slammed the door I looked back to my car in hoped in drove to the superior court of the county where I got my divorce papers to obtain my divorce 

Skip to 5 hours later
I did it I really did I capt saying this in my head over and over again I was proud but sad I was on my bed crying with a tube of icecream let's just say I really act like a baby like I really put my hair in two up pinkie tails my phone started buzzing I looked in saw it say future husband with a kiss face I cringe at it in picked it up. " hey Charli. He said it in a high pitched sound what makes me laugh " hey chase how are you " good how the divorce go.

"Ohh it went really well ya!.

"Charli are you ok you sound upset put the video cam on .

"No no I'm ok. I was astutely lying to him what I hate doing to people.

"Charli give me your address ok I'm coming

"No chase I'm all right your working right now. Ugh, the pain in my voice is killing me.

"I was out for today ok now give me your address or else. I know I can track my patients down.

"You can't do anything. Right I mean like what can he do he, not an officer he  a doctor.

"Ok, I will just track you down.im smart.

"No, don't do that my address is la nude street house 120 okay. I didn't want him to come I'm not in a mood really ugh.

"Ok, char I see you in 20 minutes.

I hung up in signed in their it goes a range of tears escape my eyes and lean on my headboard.
