" happy new years " Kamari yelled through the phone.
" mari it's the 31st of january " i told him.
" ain't that a new year " he asked looking genuinely confused.
" ma need to get you checked out foreal " i told him getting out of bed stretching.
" what you want though " i continued.
" damn i can't talk to my favorite sister " he said looking hurt.
" boy bye you called me a failed abortion the other day " he started chuckling.
" you know i was just playin with yo ass, but i'm bored so let's hang out "
" ain't you with karter and dem " i asked going in the kitchen.

i grabbed a water out of the fridge before going back in the room.
after 10 mins i got back up going to go take a shower since i decided i wanna go with Mari.
i decided on a chill outfit nothing much since he just hanging out with the boys.

i dried myself off heading to go put on my clothes ,but i heard the doorbell ring.
i put my robe on and walked to the door.
i opened it and it revealed my brother Kamari.
" nigga what the fuck is you doing here " i asked looking dumbfounded.
" chill i go dropped off cause i said i wanted to hang out with you " he said sitting down on my couch.
" i was coming i just got out the shower "
" girl it's almost 4 o'clock i asked you at 3 " he said looking at me with his head titled.
" well let me go get dressed then we can go "
" igh " he responded.
i walked back in my room and closed the door going to put my clothes on.
i walked out fully clothed seeing Mari legs all up on my couch and he was eating my snacks.
" i must be tripping " i walked back in my room walking back out in the living room.
" i had to double-back because i need to make sure what i'm seeing is what i'm actually seeing right now "
