"Just like the shade of snow that hasn't completely melted,I keep living with these feelings inside me."

"Oh Haneul?"
A young boy from the back stood, raising his hand. "Present," he said quietly.
He was no stranger to attention however, being known as the kid with two dads in the school. The media could not handle the idea of two men being able to foster a child, so he was put in a position of shame.
The students in the classroom began to whisper, obviously about the child who stood before them. As Haneul began to sit down, and girl from the other side of the classroom stood.
"How is it like at home to be so quiet?"
Surprised by the sudden question, Haneul remained silent and turned the other way. He felt the eyes all land onto his head, waiting, wanting, needing, an answer.
"That's enough Chae," The teacher exclaims. "That concludes our roll call. We can now start on the lesson."
As the teacher began writing on the board, all Haneul could thing about was being able to go home. He was able to understand the complex social structures between male and women, but he knew that his parents were an exception. Despite the backlash he receives at school, he remains silent when he goes home.
"Haneul?"
He turns to a counselor who stopped from the hallway.
"The principal is needing you."
He suddenly felt this lump in his chest. He knew this wasn't a matter of whether he's done something that broke rules established at the school, but more so if it had something to do with his parents.
He slowly approached the door and was lead in with the counselor.
"Is he there?" The man behind the desk asks.
Haneul reveals himself, avoiding the man's gaze.
"Don't worry, Haneul," The man joked. "You're not in trouble. However, I do have a huge favor I'd like to ask."
This peaked Haneul's interest, causing him to take refuge in the abnormally large chair.
"There's this student who seems to be struggling in some of the classes you've already passed. We attempted to contact his parents about assigning a tutor, but they've refused any offer." The man sighed and rubbed his chin, that had a few hairs growing.
"His name is Ya Tae-geun," The principal said. "A second year who seems to be under the agency SYN. He's quite the slacker too, so I'd watch out. Im sorry for asking for such a huge favor, but it's all I could come with."
He was bewildered with the last statement. He too was a trainee at SYN Entertainment, but his contract was made so that the training must be done in secret.
"May I ask why you chose me?" He questioned.
"Well," The man started, "I hope you do realized I know you both are in the same agency. I thought since you'd see him more often out of school you'd have more options to teach him."
This came onto Haneul as indecent and quite rude.
"What if I declined?"
"I'd probably choose to fail him."
Haneul began to feel slightly guilty. "I do not get to see him much during training hours. I usually head over around 4:00 pm."
"Thats great! I've managed to find his schedule and he also heads out around the same time."
Hanuel was struck with a dread feeling, which formed into regret.
"I will then choose to aid Tae-geun in his endeavor to graduate in the condition I am getting payed."
"How?"
"Snacks. A lot of snacks."
