The Prince.

I pushed myself down on my knees and inhaled the scent of the flowers. The view from up here would be a good example for a painting.

I staggered up on my feet and removed the dirt on my pants. This was a nice walk.

My eyes swiveled around the forest, admiring the beauty of the nature. It feels really good to have a free time. Being a prince means you're always sitting on the throne either fixing the town's problem or an agreement with the other kingdoms.

My eyes burned straight into its eyes. I slowly turned to my heels and slowly approached the beautiful deer. I slowly caressed its horns.

A wide smiled appeared across my face as the deer didn't ran away from me. After a while, I started roaming around.

"You should be okay now."

I stopped at my tracks as I heard a soft voice. It seems that I wasn't alone in here.

I followed the voice and saw a beautiful white-haired lady. She looks like a princess. An innocent princess.

When she noticed my presence, she met my eyes as they stare at her not wanting to look away. As if we had the same actions, we were both pulled out from our thoughts. Her eyes widened at me, realizing something. She pushed herself up to her feet and ran away.

"Wait!"I exclaimed, as I caught up to her.

"Don't follow me!"she yelled back, still running away.

I suddenly felt my energy drained down. I slowed down and put my hands on my knees. It didn't help so I sat down for awhile to catch my breath. She was too fast for a girl.

After a couple of minutes, I again, lift myself up from the ground and tried searching for her.

I think I saw something.

I was about to go and follow the other trail when I tripped and started rolling on the ground.

To my surprise, I thought I'll roll over the wall, I'm wrong. It was a secret passage.

"Ouch."I winced, rubbing my back side.

After recovering from the fall, I pushed the leaves out of the way and went inside the cave leading to wherever it leads to.

I squinted my eyes from the light at the end of the passage. As my eyes adjusted from the brightness, I looked around.

Maybe she really is a princess. I thought as I gaze around the dazzling surroundings. I spotted a huge mansion that looks like a castle.

I walked at the creaky wooden bridge and looked at the mansion's window.

A pair of eyes looking down at me with a furrowed brows.

I didn't know what came over me. I smiled reassuringly at her as if telling her that I am a good guy.

Still puzzled, she blinked a couple of times. I slightly gasped when I caught something. What happened to her eyes?

They turned...red. Instead of fear, I felt comfortable with her. Wait what's wrong with me?

"D-Don't go in!" she yelled from above, raising her hands up.

I looked at her and wondered why she's not letting me in. I shrugged that off and still walked inside.

I heard her sigh. I climb up the stairs and saw her kneeling on the ground.
