Chapter 1~

Lailas POV

"Laila... LAILAAAAAAAAAAAA!" I hear my name being shouted next to me as someone shakes my shoulder.

"Is she dead?"

"How should I know!?!?"

I don't even have to open my eyes to know who is here with me. My two best friends Aubrey and Cali are anxiously hovering over my bed starring at me. I turn over and let out a "go away" groan.

"The beast has spoken!" Cali rudely shouts out.

"Hurtfull much!", I immediately bark back at her.

"I guess Dustin was right, she is a monster when she wakes up! And I thought you were bad..." Aubrey "nonshalauntlly" whispers to Cali. Oh and I forgot to mention, Dustin's my older brother. Excuse me, ANNOYING older brother.

"You guys know im still here right?"

"No we forgot." said Aubrey dripping it with sarcasm.

"I'm going back to sleep if you guys don't tell me what you're doing here!"

"What? Your two bestest friends in the whole wide world can't come and hang with you on a nice "fall" Saturday at 11:43 am?" Cali likes to sound smart if you haven't noticed...

"5...4....3...2-"

"OKAY OKAY! We have a surprise for you so go get dressed!!! Quickly now! And meet us downstairs!" Aubrey broke out her "motherly" voice.

As I heard them rage down the stairs I see an outfit already laid out for me.

I guess my friends arn't so bad after all...I actually like this one too! It's a flowy cream lace top with aquaish green skinnys, a silver cardigan, and my favorite silver sparkly toms. I paired this with my "diamond" stud earrings and my mothers delicate locket which I always wore.

After about 20 minutes of flat ironing, makeup applying, and teeth brushing I was finally ready! And of course Cal and Aubby were to.

I was getting anxious walking down the stairs. What would they be planning? Was Dustin in on this? How about Aunt Rose?

What ever this is for I sucked up my thoughts and jumped down the stairs....
