Chapter 10 Kyle's illness

Kyle was in his bed it was 11:00 normally he would be up but he wasn't feeling so well Sheila came upstairs to his room Kyle you need to get up said Sheila mom i'm sick my throat hurts i feel tired and i can't stop coughing said Kyle very weak alright Kyle i'm taking you to the doctor said Sheila she wrapped Kyle in his blanket and drove him to the hospital when they were in the doctor's offiice Sheila was worried about Kyle the doctor came back with the results Mrs. Broflovski i'm sorry but your son is going to have to spend the night at the hospital so we can do some more test on him Sheila became worried she didn't want her son to be away from home but it was the only way Kyle would get better i'll take him to the hospital said Sheila no we need to take him by ambulance Sheila became worried.

When the ambulance came they laid Kyle on the streacher Sheila rode in the ambulance with Kyle on there way Sheila held Kyle's hand and tried talking to him your going to be ok Kyle don't worry Kyle started to cough a bit while opening his eyes mom he said weak just rest Kyle i'm right here Sheila said but i'm scared Kyle said weak i know your be fine said Sheila when they got there they took Kyle to the room to do the test Sheila had to wait untill they were done with Kyle she called Gerald to let him and Ike know what was wrong with Kyle after Gerald and Ike came the doctor came out of the room where they did the test your son is in his room you can see him now the doctor led them to Kyle's room

When they got to Kyle's room they ran to Kyle's side of the bed Kyle was sleeping the doctor walk to the other side of the bed is Kyle going to be alright doctor asked Sheila worried we did some test on him and we're not sure we need him to stay for a couple of days untill then said the doctor Kyle then started to cough hard the doctor gave him some medachine to help stop the coughing after Kyle drank the medachine he started to wake up mom dad he said weak it's alright Kyle we're here said Gerald Kyle still felt tired we need to let Kyle rest said the doctor we'll come back later to check on you Kyle said Gerald do you want one of us to stay with you for the night asked Sheila yes will you please stay with me mom Kyle asked he fell back asleep his voice was weak i'll come back later and stay with you said Sheila after kyle's parents and Ike left Kyle just slept all the day away.

After Kyle's parents got home with Ike Sheila went upstairs to pack so she could spend the night with Kyle Ike was outside the door mommy when are you going to be with Kyle he asked i'll leave after dinner said Sheila is Kyle going to be ok asked Ike i don't know Ike the doctors are doing everyting they can to make Kyle feel better Sheila said after Ike left Sheila went to make dinner while she was making dinner she started to worry about Kyle meanwhile at the hopital Kyle was having dinner in his bed he barley ate his dinner since he wasn't feeling well

Sheila just finish dinner and was heading to the hospital to spend the night with Kyle she brought her bag with her when she got their Kyle was sleeping the doctor was with him did he eat anything she asked he barely ate anything of his dinner said the doctor Sheila went to her bed it was a small bed next to the window after the doctor left Sheila got her bed ready Kyle started to wake up mom he said very weak i'm right here bubbe do you need anything she asked i'm kinda hot he said Sheila open the window a bit Kyle started to cool off Sheila gave Kyle some water i'm going to go get ready for bed Sheila said ok Kyle said weak after Sheila was ready for bed she got Kyle's toothbursh and toothpaste ready for him Kyle you need to brush your teeth she said Kyle sat up Sheila helped him to the bathroom after he was done Sheila stepped out of the bathroom so he could use it after kyle was done Sheila helped him back into bed kyle fell asleep when he got back in.

Sheila was about to go to sleep when her phone rang it was Ike face timeing her Ike what are doing you need to be in bed she said i can't sleep i'm worried about Kyle Ike said just try to get sleep some sleep you can see kyle tomorrow said Sheila k night mom said Ike night Ike love you Sheila said as she hung up she look at kyle as she fell asleep later the doctor came in it was 2:00 in the morning Sheila woke up she got up and went to kyle i just need to check on kyle said the doctor Sheila held Kyle's hand while the doctor checked on him meanwhile at home Ike was having nightmares about Kyle in the hospital Gerald was also having nightmares about Kyle in the hospital the next day Kyle woke up he felt a little better his voice was comming back and he started to cough less Sheila woke up and saw Kyle on his phone Gerald and Ike came in they both hugged Kyle he got out of there hug what was that for asked Kyle

We couldn't sleep last night we both had nightmares about you in the hospital said Gerald Sheila went to get dressed kyle turned on the tv just then the Doctor came in Kyle looks better can he come home asked Gerald yes i just need to give him a check up and then he can leave after Sheila was ready she packed Kyle's stuff and her stuff away Kyle just came out of the docotr's office in his normal clothes after they came home Kyle went up to his room Sheila unpacked Kyle's toothbrush and toothpaste and her stuff after Kyle came downstairs and sat on the couch his parents and brother hugged him.
