"DING.....DING.......DING"
I woke up to my booming alarm clock telling me I have to go to high school. I'm a sophomore, and I've never gone anywhere out of Colorado, which is quite obviously where i live. I dragged myself out of bed after a while. And I opened my closet. I slipped on a "Corel dance center" t-shirt that was still way too big even though I quit dance 2 years ago when I broke my foot. And some paint stained jeans. I slipped on my dirty red Vans, and trudged downstairs, probably leaving dirt everywhere but I didn't care, and I didn't look back. I walked down to silence. My mom was still asleep, either that or she never came home. I trudge back up, and peeked inside my moms bedroom. The bed was empty. So was the bathroom, and the basement. I scowled, she never came home I thought to myself. Don't panic sometimes she does that, just disappears. I still needed to go to the store for breakfast so I'd have to skip breakfast today. I put on a sweatshirt and grabbed my black torn backpack and walked out the door, I hadn't done my homework but who cares. The city bus rolled up to the stop and I scuffed my feet up the steps, and handed the bus driver a bus token. He showed a wide smile with yellow teeth. He looked proud. I forced a smile with closed lips and went down the isle as fast as I could walk. I flopped on the seat and put my earphones in my ears. And I blasted My Chemical Romance in my ears. I wanted to go home. Too late now.
