Y/N'S POV:

I hurried inside and started on dinner, 'why is it that I always have to cook' I thought to myself knowing the answer completely. I sighed as I threw the pasta into the pot of boiling water while I stirred the grounded meat on the stove.

"Dinner is ready" I called out to everyone as I put the food on the table before getting some plates and hurrying to set the table. Once the other two were downstairs we all started to eat, I was just thankful for not being starved.

Once dinner was over I cleaned up the dishes and put the leftovers into the fridge knowing I was supposed to eat them for lunch tomorrow. Once I had finished cleaning the dishes I set for mopping the floors and dusting the pictures and statues in the most obvious place. I put some laundry into the washing machine and went onto sweeping the porch, it was fall so the leaves were falling from the trees.

"Y/N" I heard Stefania call from inside the house and I sighed before going to see what she needed, "yes?" I asked as I entered the living room. "I need you to seal and sign all of these with only mine and Heathers names" she said pointing at a stack of at least 200 letters.

My eyes went wide and I stared, "what? Who are all these for?" I asked, "don't ask questions, here's the list of all the people it's going to" she said and I took the list from her. Then I heard a squeal come from upstairs and Heather came running downstairs, "what is it dear" Stefania asked and Heather hurried with the sighed poster of Tom over to her mom. I rolled my eyes so no one could see and went to quickly finish sweeping the leaves.

When I had finished sweeping the leaves I went back inside and picked up the stack of letters letting the hope of drawing something comforting slip out of my mind. I went up to my room and put on some songs from Spotify on and started signing the letters.

At 10 minutes till three in the morning I had finished and hurried to go to bed knowing I'd only be getting three hours of sleep that night.

The next morning I woke up and hurried to feed the few animals we still had and then I went to make breakfast for the other two. Sure I was allowed lunch and dinner but no breakfast.

I heard my stomach grumble and stole myself one piece of bacon like I usually did, they never noticed so I just continued to do it, at least it was some food, I always told myself.

As soon as the breakfast was ready I hurried to go give it to the other two who always ate in bed their breakfast. First I went into Heathers room and put her breakfast down on her nightstand before drawing the curtains open. "I need you to clean all my shoes today and clean the drain in my shower, mop the floors in here and wash those clothes" Heather said. "Okay Heather" I Said as i went out of the room to wake her mom up.

Once I had drawn the curtains in her room she sat up slowly and looked at me, I gave her a small smile and then she started her speech. "I need you to send all those letters before lunch, you have to wash all the bathrooms from head to toe, you need to clean all the windows and wash all the curtains" she said and I smiled. "Yes Stefania" I Said as I left her room to start my daily chores.

I decided I'd start with sending all the letters so I hurried to the car and drove to the post house to send all the letters. Once that was finished I hurried back to the house to continue my chores for the day.

At lunch I ate the leftovers from yesterday dinner and made lunch for the other two.

Then I continued my chores. Dinner went the same as usual, "I need you to drive me to that café downtown tomorrow" Heather said with a sneer. "Okay" I said not giving it a lot of thought, she was always going out with her friends so it wasn't unusual that I was supposed to drive her.

I did my usual evening chores and then thankfully I had some time to myself. I sat down at my desk and took out my sketch book and started to draw.

I smiled as I felt my whole body relax it's muscles and I felt the pencil swiftly move along the page. I drew a girl locked in a cage with two women standing outside it laughing, then I went on to add some beautiful flowers and nature around the whole page.

Once I was finished I smiled at the paper in front of me, it turned out better than I thought it would. I looked at the clock in my room and gasped, it was already midnight, I hurriedly put my sketch book back into the drawer and went to bed.

That night I dreamed of a lot of things, I dream about what if dad was still here, about how it had been before dad had married again, before he had passed away.
