Chapter 1

You kept looking at your phone, hoping to get a call or at least a text but nothing. He was gone and there is nothing you can do about it, he left you for another. Tears streaming down your face but no sound coming out of your mouth. You felt as if you were choking, as if you were dead.

No expression just tears, the salty tears that didn't stop, feeling your butterflies die inside your stomach. You got up from the floor and went to the bathroom and looked at yourself in the mirror, red puffy eyes, a red nose and messy hair. You looked like a mess, you washed your face and brushed your teeth and went to bed but couldn't sleep. He was still on your mind.

You laid on your back and looked at the ceiling with no emotion, you laid there for hours until your alarm went on, you picked up your phone and saw that it was 6 am. No sleep again. You got up, took a cold shower and got ready for school.

It's been three weeks now that you and your boyfriend broke up, because he didn't feel anything anymore for you, those were his last words that you heard from him before he hung up the phone and a week ago you saw him with another girl.

1 hour later

You stepped out of your house and saw a boy next to your house stepping out of his own house too, you've never seen him before, maybe he was your new neighbour. He looked at your direction with no emotion. You stared blankly at him and then turned to walk the other direction.

You felt that he was walking behind you, it seemed that you both were walking the same direction. But you didn't care, you put your airpods on and listened to sad songs while walking to your school. As you reached school you saw your friends calling you and you gave them a small smile going to your class. They knew you were not okay and let you be.

As you reached your class you sat on your desk near the window looking outside until you heard the bell ring, you put your airpods away and got up to greet the teacher and behind him came the boy that you saw earlier. As you sat down your teacher spoke "Good day class today we have a new student please be kind to him especially you Taeyong" he looked at Taeyong with a serious face. Taeyong is sorta like a bully and has a big reputation, not to mention that he has a big crush on you.

Who ever comes near you gets bullied by him, except your ex because he went to another school. "Please introduce yourself" said the teacher and backed away to give the new boy some space "Hello, my name is Lee Min-ho and I just moved here with my parents." he said and bowed. "Well that was a very short introducing but okay, take a seat next to Y/N."

Your POV

He came and sat next to me and when I looked his direction he was already staring at me but I quickly looked away pretending that I was reading but I could feel him staring at me.

2 hours later

I heard the bell ring, I closed my book, taking my phone out and then I heard a loud bang, I looked up to see Taeyong and the new boy "oops sorry, didn't mean to bump into you, here let me help you." Taeyong picked the book from the floor and opened it, when he was about to rip it. "Taeyong!" I yelled at him and he looked at me and then closed the book and put it back on Minho's desk.

"Y/N hey, I was just joking with him" he said smiling coming my direction "so I heard you and your boyfriend broke up?" he raised his eyebrow looking at me for an answer. "It's none of your business" I said coldly and took my back leaving the class. "Y/N WAIT!" he yelled behind me but I just kept walking, ignoring him. I went to the rooftop, listening to some music and enjoying the fresh air, I always go there to relax, trying to forget him.

End of School

School has ended and I went back home and I felt someone behind me I looked back and I saw Minho, he gave me a small smile and I looked away ignoring him. I am really not into talking to a handsome guy. 'sorry pretty face, not today' I thought, I reached my house and went inside without looking behind. I maybe was a little too harsh on the boy, maybe I should visit him later with some cake to welcome him.

I was about to go to the kitchen to bake some cake until I heard knocking. I went to open the door and saw Minho standing there with a bowl of food inside it. "Hello, my mom made this for you" he said and smiled a little at me, he kinda felt nervous not looking into my eyes. "Ow, thank you" I said " you want to come in?" I asked him as I took the bowl from his hands and he nodded.
