The situation in Mexico is very different because there are more without internet than with internet or a decent computer so the SEP (Secretaria de Educación Publica) decide to suspend the clases and send homework to view the topics of the school year and students will pass of grade but they use part of the new school year to view the topics that the students didn't saw ,also the SEP know that most of students have a tv so they pass in the open tv the clases of the students with prepared teachers and still sending homework.
