Santana: Out, but Not Proud

Y/n was a sophomore at Mckinley High School and her life was a living hell last year. She'd been thrown into a dumpster at least twice a week, not to mention she got at least 5 slushies a week. She decided to join the cheerios to improve her high school reputation. She got in being the gymnast that she was, but she was still a Lima loser.

Being a loser wasn't her only dilemma, she was sure that she was the only pansexual student at Mckinley that was open about it. Y/n was sure that nothing could improve her happiness. She was in the New Directions as well, but that didn't help at all. It was her first day of being a cheerio and she was already dreading it. 

"Hey, do you know anything about doing this?" Y/n asked a brunette girl in a cheerios uniform.

"Oh, you must be new. Santana Lopez, you'd wanna stick with me since Coach Sylvester is cray-cray." Santana replied before running out to the field.

Y/n groaned before following Santana to the field of gymnasts doing aerials in the air. She did an aerial walkover before doing a bunch of other crazy stunts and flips like the rest of the athletic cheerleaders. The cheerios were amazing, yet Coach Sylvester kept yelling at them to "Push to your limits you sloppy babies!" into her megaphone. Practice was soon over and Santana began to talk to you more. 

"I know you, you're the pansexual girl that everyone treats like trash, but I lie you. Not in that way, but as a friend. Everyone think I'm a total diva, but hag with me and you'll be fine."

Y/n stuck with Santana for the rest of the year and that was a good decision for her. She helped Santana come out of the closet by helping her embrace her sexuality two years later. They started dating and it was a blast! They did have ups and downs, but it was worth it in the end. Y/n finally graduated at the top of her class in 2012 ready for her future and for her new love life!
