Izuku honestly still couldn't believe it.
Even after two months of working for Eda He still couldn't believe he was training to be a Witch.
"Eda what are we doing?" Izuku asked as they walked across the surface of the beach. His sparkling dagger swinging softly at his side.
"I am searching a slug." She said. "You have the day off."
"Oh yeah." Izuku said. "Hm... Eda how come you still haven't taught me a spell yet? Have I not learned fast enough?"
"I-It's not that." Eda said. "Just go play or whatever. Still don't see why you brought a long sleeve shirt when it's so hot out.
"I-It's nothing." Izuku said scratching at his sleeve. "A-Anyway! I-I guess I'll go o-on a walk then! B-Bye Eda!" Quickly Izuku ran off in the opposite direction.
"What is with that boy?" Eda asked. "Anyway. King let's get started."
Izuku ran through the forest.
Izuku I'm doing this for your own good.
AH! STOP IT!
It's your own fault!
Izuku tripped and fell into a bush.
'If I had know some spell I probably could have avoided that.' Izuku thought in anger. '...Okay that came out of nowhere. If I'm getting so stressed out from not learning as fast as I need to maybe being a Witch isn't for me.'
"You can do it... You can!" A voice said.
Izuku looked towards where the voice came from but saw nobody.
"Okay... mysterious voice of encouragement." Izuku said following the sound.
He pulled open a bush and gasped.
'No! Little witch girl?!' He looked through the bush.
"It's alright Willow!" She said to herself. "A bad grade doesn't reflect the students abilities! A-And moms right. This track has a lot more... opportunities than the plant track." She stepped forward accidentally stepping on a flower. "Oh no little friend!?" She quickly got off of it and spun her finger in a circle.
A small green circle appeared where she twirled and the plant sprung back to life.
"Whoa!" Izuku said standing up.
"W-What?!" Willow fell backwards into the dirt.
"O-Oh my god I'm so sorry!" Izuku yelled running forward and helping her up. "A-Are you okay?" He handed her one of her books called Magic 101.
"Y-Yeah." She said accepting the book.
"I-I'm Izuku y the way." Izuku said.
"W-Willow." Willow said. Then she looked at Izuku's face. "R-Round ears?"
"What?" Izuku reached for his head. 'No my hood?!' Quickly he pulled his cat hood down.
"Y-Y-Y-you're a h-human?" She said. "This is astounding! A human on the boiling Isles?! How'd you get here?! What are you doing here?!"
A rolling sound caught both Izuku and Willow's attention.
A cart dragging a pot came into view.
On the cart was a girl with green dyed hair.
Slowly she looked down at Willow.
"Oh Willow it's you." She said closing her book with only a single hand.
