PART 2

AUTHOR'S POV:

Both y/n and Taehyung dropped their kids at the school gate and were waving at them standing at the gate of the school. Talk about destiny, both of their children went to the same school. As they were leaving, both of them turned towards each other locking their eyes for a fraction of a second, moved towards their cars and drove off. Even if it was for a fraction of second, it felt as if the world around you stopped, your heart skipped a beat, eyes widened at his beauty and a blush crept on your cheeks unknowingly even when he did not do anything. Just one single eye contact for a few seconds was enough to make your heart flutter. This case was not only with you, but also with him. He didn't know what just happened to him, but it for sure felt good. Your face did something to his senses, his heart, his mind but he didn't know what. His stomach sank deep seeing your beauty, he had never seen someone so beautiful. Both of you wanted to stare into each other's eyes for some more time but the reflex actions made you do something else. Your heart wanted to stop on your tracks and ask him about him but you couldn't do anything your heart wanted, in fact you didn't even realise what your heart wanted. Both of you drove to your companies scolding yourselves to not to think about each other and concentrate on your important meeting which is in a few hours.

TAEHYUNG'S POV:

I was getting all frustrated as I wasn't able to concentrate on the meeting which was very important, instead my mind went back to the lady I saw outside Lia's school. I mean yes she was pretty but that's very wrong of me to think about someone else's wife and that too WHEN I HAVE THIS IMPORTANT MEETING IN 30 MINS! I scolded myself in my mind and got ready to leave for the meeting room. I have to crack this meeting today at any cost, it's with one of the biggest companies of Korea, JIM ent. For what I know is that after the perish of the owner Mr. Park Jimin, his wife Mrs. Park y/n is handling the company. And I must say she's doing it pretty well because handling such a big company along with a son is a big responsibility. I understand her because I'm going through the same. No one really knows how she looks as she tries staying away from the media as much as she can and her manager does every media appearance on her behalf. As I entered the room, I saw only my employees sitting there ready for the meeting. This means that Mrs. Park was running late. This is the very first time she is coming to a meeting herself and not sending her manager on her behalf and so I was very nervous. For what I've heard is that she is a really strict person and does not like it when someone messes up her work. Even the thought of her is giving me chills, I just hope that this meeting goes well and we don't mess up because if we did, then there will be no next time for our company to crack a deal with the JIM ent. I was brought back to my senses after I heard my employees wishing a "good morning ma'am" to someone. And to my surprise, Mrs. Park is none other than the pretty woman I had an eye contact with in front of Lia's school.

Y/N'S POV:

I was a bit taken aback when I saw the face of the same handsome gentleman in front of me whom I saw in the morning. My heart again skipped a beat and chills ran down my spine again after the eye contact I shared with him just now. I just shrugged off the feeling I was having and bowed and greeted everyone. "If y'all don't mind, can we start the meeting without wasting any other minute?" I said looking down at my file without any expressions on my face. "You heard her, let's start" I heard a deep voice speak firmly and when I followed the voice, I again had an eye contact with him, the owner of the KTH ent. Mr. Kim Taehyung . Why do I keep getting this weird feeling around him? This tingling sensation whenever I have eye contact with him? And why does my stomach do backflips after hearing his voice? I used to have the same feeling whenever Jimin used to be with me. Wait, does this mean that I feel something for him? What the hell y/n ?! You barely even know this person, how can you just start feeling something for him? And most importantly, I can't do this with Jimin. It will be wrong of me to like someone else when I promised to love only and only him till I die and even after that. It would be like cheating him even if I feel slightest bit of attraction towards someone. I guess this all is the effect of what Taemin said to me in the morning. I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I couldn't even concentrate on the meeting even a little. "So Mrs. Park, what do you think about our proposal?" asked Mr. Kim. Okay shit what do I do now? I did not speak anything and neither did my face show any kind of expressions and I could clearly see him and his employees panicking thinking I was about to reject their proposal any moment now. "Do you guarantee this project will benefit us? If you can assure us, then I think we'll go for it." said my manager, making me relieved. That's my manager everyone! I don't know what I would have done without him. "We assure you of the profit, in fact the long term profit Mr. Kang" One of the employees spoke up. I looked at Mr. Kang and had a deep conversation with him through some eye movements. "Looks like you two share a deep bond that you can discuss on such an important topic just by some few eye contacts." said Mr.Kim with a chuckle to which his employees responded with a light chuckle too but the expression on my and Mr. Kang's face remained the same, unbothered and cold. I just glared at him which was enough for him to shut his mouth. "Okay, we're in." said my manager, making them very happy. I saw him approaching me, maybe for a handshake for making this deal and I was correct, he forwarded his hands towards me for a handshake and said "congratulations for the deal Ms. Choi" WHAT THE HELL?! DID HE JUST CALL ME WITH MY REAL NAME?! HOW DARE HE?! I Was about to show him his place but refrained when I saw Mr. Kang motioning me not to. Luckily I received a phone call from Taemin's school and left the room for receiving the call without sparing any other glance at that Mr. Kim and neither did I accept his offer for a handshake. As I was leaving the room, I heard Mr. Kang speaking to Mr. Kim, "Her name is Mrs. Park and not Ms. Choi and we would appreciate it if you would call her by her husband's name and not get too friendly. As you saw, she is very professional and does not like to befriend people. Thank You we'll take your leave now." I smirked at my manager's response and finally answered the call from the school. "Hello, this is Mrs. Park speaking." "Hello mrs. Park, I'm ms. Lee, Taemin's teacher, I think you should come to school right now, Taemin is crying a lot saying that he misses you and he wants a father like everyone else." "I'll be there in 20." Hearing what Taemin's teacher said, broke my heart. I might be a stone hearted person for what people say and that I could handle every pain and that was true. But I can't stand my son, my only hope, cry and get hurt. I never realised that he misses his father so much and that he needs a father figure so bad.

AUTHOR'S POV:

Not only y/n received the call from the school, but also Taehyung and that too because of the same reason. It was as if it was all destiny's doings. Both of them rushed to their children's school unaware of each other. As soon as y/n reached the school, she saw Taemin playing with and taking care of a little girl and that softened her heart. Taemin was smiling so brightly at the girl, she had never seen her son smile so brightly before. She quietly approached both of them and hugged Taemin, taking him by surprise. "Mommy look! I made a new friend. Meet her, she is Kim Lia and she is 2 years younger than me. She was also waiting here for her father just the way I was waiting for you." "Hi Lia! Nice to meet you sweetie. I'm Mrs. Park, Taemin's mom." she did not speak anything but just made grabby hands, telling her to pick her up and so she did. "What happened baby? You okay?" y/n asked her and she pouted while seeing "I don't have a mother and when I saw you hugging Taemin oppa, I craved for one too. I'm sorry if I bothered you." Lia said and looked down. Lia's words softened her heart and in response she hugged Lia tightly and said, "It's okay sweetheart, I'm not at all bothered." The three of them were having a nice chatty time unaware of the fact that someone was watching and hearing them from a distance and that person was none other than Lia's father, Taehyung. His eyes filled with tears seeing the scene in front of him and of course after hearing his daughter's words. How much he wished to go and hug the three of them, he felt like they were his family but obviously he couldn't because in reality you were NOT his family. You were the wife of late Mr. Park Jimin and were still so in love with him.
