It's the next night so I'm going to be trying again. I ate something just before I'm going to start so that I don't get hungry from being spiritually active.
Even though I haven't finished the last one,
here's my new goal:
astral projectI had no focus whatsoever so I didn't succeed.
I wanted to succeed today so I did even more research. I read somewhere that you can also prep by meditating for 10 minutes before trying, I've done this now. I'm now going to go try again. I wonder if with or without blanket matters...
I failed, but now I'm going to try in the afternoon.
I did a guided projection but it was only 30 minutes so I didn't manage to get into it fully.
Okay so plan for tonight, sleep for 6 hours. Wake up, quickly stand up for about 5 minutes. Then try to astral project and succeed!!
Waking up didn't work, I couldn't.
I'm having an anxiety attack right now so I'm gonna go try and project-
Pro tip: don't try and project whilst your anxiety levels are high. It will be very difficult.
