She was shy to outsiders but once you earned her loyalty and friendship she was one of the best women you would ever meet. She loved so compleetly and she loved no one more then her mate. He was sarcastic and dark but what did you expect from someone with the power of fear. No one but her wanted anything to do with him besides for the use of his abilities. He was constantly ordered around before he made it to the higher guard and he hated it.

He was honored to become part of the queens guard. He was even happier when he found the queen to be kind and patient. The kings respected him for his ability but they only wished to use him while she wished to befriended him.

She even made it to where he could join his mate on guard duty so they could spend more time together. Him and his mate immediately started to open up to the gueen after that, Jorden even told the queen how close he was to breaking and leaving the guard before she came.

It took a while but he is now what he would consider the queens friend all of her personal guard and many of the guard members in general now would be considered the queens friends. He even makes stupid jokes to his queen, he shows her a side of him that he had only ever shown his mate and a very select few.
