My Beloved Nightmare

The Beginning

New semester at college, I honestly didn't think I would get this far. I'm Jae Yamashita, I'm a first year college student I share an apartment with my best friend, Yayniris.

As I stared at the ceiling I thought about the new students, would they be cute? Most of the time they're not. I sighed and got out of bed and started making breakfast, it was early but I was hungry. I served myself a bowl of cereal then went to wake up my roommate.

-Hey! Wake up sleepy head!- I said pulling the blanket

-Its time to go to college!

-5 more minutes...- said the sleepy girl.

-It's 7 am class starts at 9 wake up!- I poured a little water on her face.

-Go wash up.

With a grunt she got up and left to the bathroom. I started gathering my things, I left a note saying I was going to see the newbies. As I left the apartment and crossed the street to the campus, I started to look for a good song on my Ipod. Before I knew it I was at the same bench I always ended up in. The bench next to mine was full of guys, probably newbies because I didn't recognize none of them, though they were cute. There was one who was writting in a notebook, which I found odd since classes haven't even started yet. One of the voices sounded familiar, but I didn't know who it was. I decided to get up and pass by pretending to walk to my class, that's when I noticed who was talking. It was Leo my old bestfriend from middleschool. I slowly approached and said:

- Leo? Is it you?- I said a bit anxious.

-It's me Jae.

As I said that he turned around with a huge smile on his face.

-Jae!!- he said with a chuckle and hugged me.

-It has been too long!

His friends stared at me with a "who the fuck is that " face.

-Guys this is my old friend Jae!

-Hi nice to meet you- I smiled but it soon faded when I saw the guy with the notebook get up, he was huge, almost as tall as Leo.

-I'm Jae and you are?- I said looking at the tall raven then at the rest.

- I'm Ken, nice to meet ya'- Said the brunette sitting to my left he had a huge grin on his face.

- Hyuk- Said the guy next to Ken.

-I'm N, the talented one my lady- He said grabing my hand and kissing it, I slowly pulled my hand away and giggled nervously as he winked.

-I'm Hongbin- Said another brunette while giving me a bear hug. I looked at the raven infront of me.

-Hongbin be careful she's fragile- Said the raven staring at me, his voice deep and mysterious.

- I'm Ravi. I notice you like staring at people...

-No I don't!- I said blushing and looking away.

-You're just interesting to look at- The other guys laughed and I blushed even more, even Ravi chuckled and gave me a side smile...

I thought I didn't had to see them anymore but unfortunately Ravi, Leo and Ken take class with me. When my friend Yayniris arrived and saw that I was surrounded by guys her jaw dropped. She rushed over and pulled me out of the swarm of men.

-Who are they? Do you know them? Are you hurt?!- She asked looking at all the guys then back at me, then her eyes landed on Ravi.

-You better leave her alone if you know what's best for you!

-Yayniris calm down! These people are friends of Leo, my old bestfriend

I introduced them to each other apparently she got along great with the weird N.

-Well let's see...where's the classroom C113?- I heard Leo ask Ravi. Fuck that's my class, no way those two take class with me...

-Jae do you know where it is?- Leo asked.

-Of course she does- Said Ravi with a smirk

-It's her classroom, isn't it?

-Yea...- Fuck it, Ravi is one weird and scary guy, but he is cute.

The next 2 hours were hell, not only because the professors where giving a lot of stuff to do, Ravi kept starring at me. Once free I ran away and hid at the other side of college. I called Yayniris and told her to get her ass over to the Electronics Department.

-Yayniris! Kill me or kill them, except Leo. They are driving me crazy!- I said pulling up my hoodie.

-What happend? And...who's Leo?- she asked me tilting her head.

- Ravi kept starring at me during all the classes it's annoying and creepy- I said looking around to see if I spotted them.

-Well who knows what's going on in his head, just brush it aside and don't give a fuck- Sge said smiling and dragging me to the cafeteria.

Once in the cafeteria she went to buy lunch. I started listening to music and playing on my Ipod, when I saw someone sat down at my table. When I looked up, it wasn't Yayniris, it was Leo and the gang, Leo had that beautiful smile of his.

- Jae why are you alone? -he asked as he kissed my cheek.

-Yayniris is buying lunch, anyway why don't you guys go eat?- I said smiling and messing Leo's hair.

-Apperanately you don't like our company- Said Ravi.

-I don't like your Attitude Ravi, and stop staring at me it's annoying!- I spat out at him.

-Either you stop or I'll beat the shit out of you.

-You beat me up?- He laughed

-Keep dreaming babe.

-Ugh!

I got up and slapped him and walked out of the cafeteria.

I didn't know where I was going but it was better than staying there.
