Return Of The King (Black Panther-Final Part)

-Location: Wakanda
-Late At Night-

After the death of both T'Challa and James, Shuri along with her mother Romanda and their friend Nakia and Agent Ross had escaped from the palace and are heading to the Jabari Tribe in hopes of making M'Baku the new Black Panther with the heart-shaped herb Nakia stop from the Hall of Kings before it was burned to the ground. They hope M'Baku takes it and uses the new power to fight Killmonger and avenging both the former king and the dead Rider.

"So where are we going again?" Ross asks as he and the three female Wakandans travel through the snowy land of the Jabari Tribe.

"We're taking the Heart Shaped Herb to Jabariland," Nakia informs the CIA agent.

"Heart Shaped Herb, what is that?" Ross asks.

"It gives whoever takes it heightened abilities," Shuri tells the American.

"It's what made T'Challa so strong," Nakia informs Ross and Romonda stops in her tracks.

"Nakia. I don't like this. The Herb belongs to us. We may be creating a bigger monster with M'Baku," she states. "Nakia, you should take it yourself."

"I'm a spy with no army," Nakia states. "I wouldn't stand a chance."

Romonda understands and they all continue their journey to the Jabari Tribe. They meet them sooner than expected due to them being surrounded by members of the Wakandan tribe.

"Stay calm," Nakia tells her group and they are soon brought forth to M'Baku, leader of the Jabari Tribe.

Once their, M'Baku looks at the three female Wakandans and glowers at Ross who was the only American in the country. This unnerves everyone as M'Baku turns his attention back to Romonda.

"My son was murdered in ritual combat," she tells the Jabari leader. "As well as one of his close friends when he refused to bow to him."

"Were the odds fair?" M'Baku asks.

"Yes, but-" Nakia starts but M'Baku speaks over her.

"So it was less than a murder than a defeat?" the man asks, making Shuri angry.

"Do NOT rub our noses in it-"

"Silence! I am the one here that makes the pronouncements here, girl," M'Baku tells Shuri.

"Look, uh, your highness, the new king is, er..." Ross starts to say, only to hear the Jabari tribe starts to bark at him.

"Be quiet! One more word out of you and I'll feed you to my children," the Jabari leader tells Ross, winking at Romonda.

Ross becomes terrified at the remark until M'Baku laughs and speaks again.

"I am only kidding. We are all vegetarians."

Nakia then steps in, holding out the Heart Shaped Herb to the man.

"Great Gorilla M'Baku. This is why we are here. To offer this to you," Nakia tells M'Baku. "An outsider sits on our throne. Only you can help us stop him."

M'Baku can be seen thinking carefully about this offer, his ego stroked. But...

"Come with me," he says and walks off his throne and pass the other Wakandans and Ross.

They all follow him outside to the Jabari Healing Grounds and M'Baku leads them to a small hut with two familiar faces. T'Challa, lying unconscious in the snow, and a flaming skeleton next to him, carefully making sure his flames don't melt the snow around him.

-Hours Earlier-
[James' POV]

I was currently watching over T'Challa, making sure his slumber goes undisturbed when I hear a familiar voice.
