Gigi's PoV
We had a long walk home, and as we got closer to my house, I could feel myself getting more and more tense and anxious. I hate it at home. The things he does to me. The things he does to me and my mum.

We got to my front door after about 20 minutes of walking. "You sure you're ok?" Crys asked me. "Yeah I'm sure, just need to say hi to my mum and go upstairs to my room without any conflict with my dad." Shit. I don't have my keys. "What's wrong?" "My keys, my dad probably took them which means I'll have to knock on the door. I really hope my mum answers"

I knocked three times on the hard wood of the front door, waited a second and then sighed a breath of relief when I saw my mum greet us. "Hey sweetie, your dad is in the garage but he'll be back soon so I suggest you go upstairs quickly" she said as she gave me and Crystal a hug. "Oh and by the way, I am 100% supportive of you. I will always love you no matter what." "Thanks mum, I love you so much" I gave her another big hug and then me and Crystal basically ran up the stairs to get to my room before my dad came back inside.

I shut my door as I took my shoes off and put them next to Crystal's. I flopped onto my bed and sighed heavily. "Is this what it's like every day? You constantly in fear of what your dad is going to do to you?" Crystal said as she laid down next to me and held my hand. "Kinda, I mean it's not every day that I come out to him so he's not normally this angry, but I feel like it is going to get way worse for both of us. I want you to leave, to go back home where you will be safe. I won't be surprised if you never want to talk to me again and break up with me and all of that shit." She sat up "Hold on, why would I do that? I am not leaving your side at all. I love you so damn much and I'm not going home, especially knowing that evil man is planning on hurting you. I want to fucking marry you, so you think I'm going to leave you just like that? No way." Crystal got up and sat on my lap, wrapping her legs around my waist. "Crys I'm not in the mood" "I know, I just wanted to give you a hug" I blushed. "You're too cute" "not as cute as you Baby Geege" "no stop you're making me all soft" "too bad" she smirked and pressed her lips on mine and we started kissing. There was no sexual intention when we kissed, just two people madly in love.

"GENEVIEVE YOU BETTER NOT BE FUCKING THAT SLUT" my dad screamed as he stomped up the stairs. "I'm sorry for what's about to happen Crys, I love you" I whispered as I I hugged Crystal tightly. He stormed into my room and saw us hugging. "GET THE FUCK OFF OF HER RIGHT THIS SECOND" Crystal said nothing, she just got off my lap and stood up. My dad kicked her in the stomach, pushing her back so much that she hit the wall. "Crys!!" I ran over to her to check if she was ok. "Genevieve, go get it." He sternly said. I rummaged through my drawer and took out a belt. I handed it to him and he whipped me. He whipped me 17 times, which left red marks all over my body. I looked over at Crystal and she was horrified. "I will be right back, don't move" my dad left the room and I was in so much pain that I could barely move. "Gigi get up and give me your arm. I said GIVE ME YOUR ARM." my dad said as he came back in, holding a pocket knife. "No, don't you dare cut her!" Crystal shouted. "Do you want to be cut then? You need to be punished too" "Crystal no, I can take it." I put my arm out as he grabbed it firmly and scored my skin, making a massive 3-inch long cut on my forearm. I screamed in pain then fell to the floor, suddenly feeling very dizzy. I looked down at my arm and saw it heavily bleeding before I blacked out.
