How i draw/basic shading tutorial

(Aight so just wanted to let everyone know, take every thing I say with a grain of salt, I'm not a professional I'm also really bad at explaining things-)

I usually start with a shape sketch!

Then I start with a rough body sketch

I proceed with the rest of the sketch

Then I do the lineart

And start with flat colors

When I do the shading I shade under the hair and neck (I recommend using a darker shade of the place you're shading

Then I blend!

Whenever I do blushing I make sure that it's very slight, but it mostly depends on what situation the character is in (if the character is female, I also blush the chest)

And for hair! I take the air brush and make it a darker shade of the hair color

I repeat this but use a darker color

Then I add a white sheen!
