Present king of Kalingan
also called Kalinga. The main male protagonist of this story . He  married twice that means he has two queens one is on the throne and the other one is chained. He is father of two daughters from his first wife who is chained. His personality is unpredictable. No one can understand unless and until you peep into the story.

Maharani Anika Devi

Former Queen of Kalingan. First wife of Samraat Shivaay. Presently where she is no one knows because she is chained. She is mother of two daughters. The female protagonist of the story and the biggest mystery of this story.

Maharani Pralobhini

Present Queen of Kalingan. A pleasure seeker. Second wife of samraat. About her rest the story will speak.

Rajmata Kadambari Devi

Mother of Shivaay and Abhilipsa . Rajmata of the saamrajya (kingdom). She is good or bad ,this can't be decided. But she was a tough queen. For her  Matrabhumi (mother land)is her priority above everything even her beloved son.

Rajkumari Abhilipsa
Younger sister of Shivaay. She is five years younger than him. She is an innocent girl with lots of dreams. Too much pamperd by her father like brother.

Maharaj Indrasen
Former king of Kalingan . Presently live in a cave of Udayagiri parvat . He left his kingdom after Shivaay's coronation. He lives a life of 'rishi ' alone in the jungle.

Rajkumari Kalika
First daughter of Shivaay and Anika. Very much responsible at a tender age . She respects her parents but presently is hurt due to the departure of her mother . Takes good care of her father and little sister in the absence of her mother.

Rajkumari Atulya

The cutest girl in the rajya according to her father . Loves her father and Apaa(elder sister ) a lot. Everyone loves her except her jeje maa(daadi or grand mother)

Father of Anika and a famous vaidya(doctor) after rajvaidya(royal family doctor)

Chaitra

Mother of Anika and a normal housewife.

Bhaskara(Bhiku)

Cousin brother of Anika.

Another important character of this story . He is an intelligent boy and wants to get their Queen back so that they will be happy again .

And he will help you all to reach Anika.

   Note : This story is related to Eastern India . So some general odia words will be used along with translations. Like Aapas means didi and daadi means grand mother.
