Born of dry summer’s air
single daughter to single mother
Nestled by the warmth of fauna
Years go by,
one after the other
Pictures become thoughts,
and thoughts,
ideas
a society of social
where no one’s speaking
Scraping on ice
a search for my footing
I say hello
yet I’m still looking
Years go by,
with me still forming
accumulate friends,
and cease conforming
Waltz into high school
still are all my pieces
switch my voices
and suppress the screeches
countless paths, noting them all
friends remain static
in case if I fall
All still here,
we persevere
my allies are a home
that I hold dear
Our world ever changes
colours turn dull
people keep shouting,
struggling,
in escape of the null.
