As the weekend dragged on I became excited for school on Monday, Daehyun was needy and annoying... He was constantly hungry and bored. All he did all day was complain and ask questions. I just wanted to yell at him to be quiet for a while but I was scared what the demon would do. It was like looking over a child

So on Monday morning quietly got out of bed hoping he wouldn't hear me with his freaky super hearing. I tip toed out of my room and past the living room... "Good he's asleep.." I thought. I felt more relieved he was asleep he seemed to get up quite early why not today?

I went into the kitchen and took out the cereal making sure not to make to much noise. I poured it the milk quietly as possible then I reached to put the half full box and felt two familiar arms wrap around my waist. I rolled my eyes. "Why.." I thought putting down the milk.

"You didn't wake me up too.." He said resting his head against my neck. "I have to get ready.." I said rolling my eyes. "Where are we going?" He said seeming excited. "IM going to school, I don't know where you are going...Jeez for a demon you are sure touchy..." I said escaping from his grip and brushing myself off.

"I'm coming with.." He said following me. "No your not." I said walking into the bather room and grabbing a brush. "Yes I am, what if guys take you?" He said taking the brush. I rolled my eyes. "Give it back!" I struggled to reach the brush, He held it above him. " no I'm coming with. " he said. I reached trying to take the brush one last time before giving him a death glare.

I put my other hand on his chest trying to get it. "What do you mean what if guys take me?..give it back..." I said whining the last part. "Because." He seemed to be enjoying the teasing he was giving me. He put a hand on my waist. I looked him directly in the eye my hand still on his chest, he smirked looking at it. "I hate you. " I said pulling away and taking a comb.

He looked hurt but why? He stood next to me watching me as I got ready. He stair was so deep it gave me chills. Why wa he so focused? "Go out there." I pointed it the door. "Why?" He said confused fidgeting. "Because I'm going to change!" I said turning bright red trying to hide my face from him. "But I've a-" "what go out there!" I said pushing him out the door. I didn't want to know what he was going to say next. I heard a loud thump outside the door.

I opened the door seeing him up against the wall next to the door he looked up at me. "Hurry..." He whinnied pulling at my sweatpants. "Go away!" I said slapping his hand away. He sighed hitting his head against the wall. I sighed "why do I have to have a pet demon?" I mumbled going back into the bathroom. "IM NO PET C-"I heard him growl outside the door.

I changed quickly putting on some dark clothes, something usual for me. I opened the door and looked outside for Daehyun, he wasn't there. I took that as a opportunity to leave without him noticing. I grabbed my things and slipped into my shoes and jacket

locking the door I started down the sidewalk loving the beautiful snowy scene I walked towards my high school.

Thankfully Daehyun wasn't there and I had finally escaped the needy demon. I smiled as I reached the front of the school I seen all the people crowding into groups, I finally saw my friends, they all waved as I walked over.

"Hey Chae!" Jay smiled hugging me. "How's the ghost problem?" He whispered before pulling away. "Shut up.." I said. "Hi Unnie .." Min Rin my bestfriend smiled. We all talked for a minute before going to our first class.

Me and Min Rin went to social studies and took our seats. She smiled taking out her notebook. I was in my dream land again when I felt paper hit me. She motioned me to open it. "I hear there is a new student!" I laughed I little bit. "Cool..?" I wrote back. she nodded still excited.

"Alright class! we will beginning our new unit! But first we have a new student!" She smiled. I sighed looking down at my desk. "Another soon to be popular kid." I mumbled under my breath.

"Hello,I'm Jung Daehyun...please take care of me.." I looked up shocked. There stood Daehyun smirking. I looked at Min Rin. "He's cutee!!" She mouthed. I put my head down wanting to go to sleep. "Ok Mr. Jung please take a seat where you would like.." he nodded and made his way down the rows as girls squealed. He finally game to my table. "Is this seat taken?" He smirked. "Just sit down.." I mumbled as he laughed. "Did you miss me Chaewon?" He said with a satisfied look.
