I made sure I woke up before Nathan and wrote a letter for him

I packed a bag and also some chips,juice and chocolate for the road then called my sister and asked for her address then called a cab and headed to the airport.
I boarded a plane to Italy and saw my sister,Bryan and a little baby which I quickly ran to and hugged
"Oh my gosh, you're so cute" I said as i kissed his cheek
"Hey sis,hey Bryan" I hugged them as we headed for the car
"Sis you okay?" Nina asked me
"Yes Nina but I have a surprise for you"I said as I gave her my ultrasound as she screamed and woke Cole up
"Sorry baby" she said as she put him back to sleep
We finally got to their house Bryan carried Cole inside as I wanted to get down but Nina called me
"What's happening and I want the truth"
"I left Nathan"
"Why" she asked
"He thinks I cheated on him" I looked down
"What exactly happened" she persisted
"I went to lunch with a friend then as I was leaving he kissed me then I heard my name and saw Nathan. I tried explaining things to him but he didn't listen,I went to his house called him but he didn't pick then I felt dizzy and called Amy to come. Then I woke up in a hospital two days after" I sighed and continued
"His mum,his sister and amy were there to help me then the doctor came and told me I was pregnant. Shortly after Nathan came but he only asked if I was fine then I fell asleep"
