I have Evidence that Gundham and Kazuichi were (probably) friends before The Tragedy

In this picture (its before the Tragedy) you can see again that Kazuichi is looking at Gundham.Is it because they're friends? Could it be Bromance or could it be possibly Romance ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
