"The death of  one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic"

- Joseph Stalin

Sunlight...

For the first time...

I could feel it on my skin...

Its warmth...

Its energy...

Its power...

But then...

Cold...

As cold as the souls that stand beside me...

Yes...

That's right...

I remember...

We are prisoners ...

Guard: Fastah yah werms!,the soonah yah git in this here cargo crate, the soonah we go home!

I looked around...

12 of us...all male...all shackled

We were being put inside a large metal container...

We were surrounded by 8 guards...armed with what looked like a charged baton..

GRD: Ei you! Move up!

The guard whacked the guy in front of me...

The prisoner was about 6'5 in height,he had a lean body and spiky hair...but what caught my attention the most were his eyes..

He had eyes that were deep as an abyss, eyes that has seen death more than a single time...

The eyes of a killer...

The prisoner looked at the guard with these eyes filled with rage and hate

This made the guard stop

GRD: W-What are ya lookin' at punk!

The prisoner just kept looking at him...as if he was murdering the guard in his head...

GRD: S-Stop it or ...or i'll put some hertz in ya!

The prisoner never broke his gaze..

GRD: O-Right!! ya asked for it!!

The guard stabbed the prisoner on his side with his baton and flicked the switch..

*Kzzzzzzzzzzkkzzzzzzzk!!!*

The baton lit up like a neon light and sparks flew from it..

*Kzzzssshhkkkzzzzzzssss!!!*

Smoke was coming out from the point where he stabbed the prisoner...

He was using the baton longer than it should be used...

*Kzzzsssshhsssssk......*

The guard suddenly stopped..

The other prisoners drew away in fear..

The prisoner was still standing..

Still alive...

Still gazing the guard with eyes that could tear the very sanity off of a person

GRD: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

The guard ran off...leaving his baton...and dignity...

The prisoner then fell to the ground..

No one went near him...not even the guards...

no one except me...

I went near him and checked for a pulse..

He was alive..

I tore off part of my prisoner uniform and covered his wounded side..

Then I felt a hand grab my shoulder...

A formally dressed young man was standing behind me,5'5 in height, had blue eyes, white silvery hair and a tattoo of an owl on his wrists...

SVR: Its alright Number 421...I'm a friend...is Number 066 alright?

421: He'll be fine, but he needs medical attention immediately...who are you?

SVR: I am known as Silver, here, let me apply some pain killers to help him out

Silver took a syringe from a nearby guard and took the cap off

Wait...

This scent...

I looked at the syringe..

Yellow fluid with gray particles?

I kicked the syringe off of Silver's hand

421: LIES!! Inside that syringe wasn't painkillers,it was Gorgon's Kiss wasn't it?! A poison produced by the Order of Britannia made from the venom of the ape reptile hybrid named "Gorgon",first used in 2019 to assassinate the King of Versailles,King Howard Hamilton,no known antidote exists...

WHAT THE FUCK?! How the hell did I know those shit?

The guards had the look of awe on thier faces..

Sliver had a slight grin on his...

SVR: Just as I expected hahaha..if you don't mind lads I'll be taking these two with me,command from the High Shogunate...

Silver then leaned to me to whisper

SVR: If you want to live...come with me...

I had many questions on my mind at that very moment...yet trusting this man was not one...

I took the knocked out prisoner and carried him on my shoulders

066: Thank...you...friend...

His whisper was faint, but it was clear as crystal

Silver led us out of the facility and into an armored vehicle

A medical team inside the vehicle took 066 from me and started treating his wounds

Silver and I sat on opposite sides

As the vehicle slowly closed its back door,I took my last look of the prison facility

Will this really change our fate, or take the turn for the worst?..
