[Momo x Jirou] Secrets

Still in Waiting

[Jirous POV]

       Thursday, November 5, 3:05 pm

The school bell is about to ring for a traditional evening break before our next lesson, but I'm still so excited for tomorrow! Like I said it's not like I've never been to her house its just that I haven't been there in a while. I looked over at Momo and waved, she giggled, that made me laugh all I did was wave and she thought it was funny that's cute. Our teacher, Aizawa was asleep In his yellow sleeping bag, it's pretty much normal for him. *RING! RING! RING!*    The bell finally rang! I rushed towards Momo to go talk to her. Before I knew it, I fell? No, I tripped? I opened my eyes and saw Momo below me. We both froze and blushed. "S-Sorry!" I blurted out. I quickly jumped up onto my feet, turning around to see Denki laughing. When I turned around my face was all red from the blush and the sheer anger at Denki. "Denki! Why did you--" I was interrupted by Momo's voice "It's fine!  Jirou, he was just joking." I calmed down by the sound of her voice "I'm so sorry Jirou! Maybe some apology ice cream? Oh-- You too Momo if you want." Denki shot up his most annoying finger guns as he laughed at me, "Sure anything to get away from Bakugou and Deku fighting plus, you kinda owe me." while Momo just gave out a simple, "Sure.". Her soft voice brings me joy every day, I don't know what I would do without her.

[Momo POV]

    Today was funny besides the part where Jirou fell on me because of Denki but that's fine it didn't bother me much, at least I don't think. Well, were at the ice-cream shop Jirou ordered a strawberry, it's been her favorite since middle school I guess habits never change. I, of course, got vanilla and Denki got chocolate, not that he needs any more energy, but he needs to lay off the sugar for a while he's being too loud even though he's really funny in my opinion. On a more exciting part, Jirou coming over tomorrow! I haven't talked to her properly other than small hangouts and at the Academy. Is it normal to be excited for a friend? I think so! It makes sense right? 

[No one's POV]

    The three got their ice-cream they talked and ate every bit of it. Denki picked up on a dumb conversation about "Why pickles are sour."  Momo and Jirou laughed about his weird observation. They talked about serious things too, surprising since Denki was more of a class clown but he's different when he's with Momo and Jirou, he lets just say the same but more serious? if that makes any sense what so ever. They both walked Denki to the dormitories and said their "See you later." to Denki. Soon, it was just Momo and Jirou walking around campus together waiting for the next lesson bell to ring. They talked about their quirk enhancements and other things like past childhood stories they used to tell all the time. All they could do is talk until Friday.

    The bell rang and it was time to head back to Mr.Aizawa. Everyone went to their classes, as Momo and Jirou were a little late due to an awkward conversation. The class was normal as usual, Bakugou yelling and Deku, Meneta being perverted, and of course Aizawa in his yellow sleeping bag.  After the class quieted down and Meneta being scolded, the class could finally begin. He talked about the rules and limits you can go with your quirks, and telling us about an interesting trip they will be taking on Wednesday. Apparently, they will be going to a museum and other places to learn more about their quirks and where they come from.

[Jirous POV]

   Does he seriously think we can go to a museum after what just happened to Bakugou at the training camp over the summer? Like I know it could be fun but, seriously! Calm down Jirou tomorrow will be fun I can stop being so paranoid. I'll be with Momo and that's positive! Not working just listen to Aizawa.

~*~.After class and in the girls' dorm.~*~

I grabbed Momo and went upstairs to her dorm room. "Are you okay?! Why did you trust Meneta!? Did he touch you?? I'll kill him!!" I exclaimed "Jirou! Jirou! It's okay I'm fine! Calm down! Please?" She assured me. "All he did was ask me if his project was acceptable to turn in, he asked me because Iida was absent!" Momo laughed at me a bit. I calmed down "Oh-- Sorry! I didn't know." I felt so foolish! I accused her she must think I'm dumb for thinking that. "Jirou it's okay it's just a misunderstanding. Don't get so worked up it's real—" Before she could finish her sentence I hugged her "You just scared me okay..?". I felt so ashamed for getting so worked up but I didn't care, she's my best friend I have a right to be worried. I didn't expect her to hug me back but she did, it made me feel warm and cared for? My parents are always out doing concerts so I don't get that much plus we live in the dormitory. "We should head back downstairs the others might get worried and come rushing up." Momo said quietly in her soft voice. I really didn't want to go downstairs but it's what she wanted "Yeah your right we should." Before I knew it we separated and headed downstairs. It was loud as usual but it quieted down when we all ate dinner, Kirishima surprising has been taking cooking lessons in his free time and cooked really good dinners for the entire class 1A. I believe he's cooking fried rice and chicken curry. Almost everyone went upstairs to go to sleep around 9:00 pm, but me and Momo stayed down-there to talk like we usual did for about an hour. After long and funny conversations we went upstairs and went to bed.

"I seriously can't wait for tomorrow!"
