After a week of pure fun and extreme amounts of good food, they felt literally exhausted, Steve decided to let Claire rest the whole day to give her some time alone and rather plan a little surprise for the evening.
Claire and Steve had already enjoyed a wonderful and magical breakfast buffet, something very peculiar in Europe, lots of cereals and fruits, every kind of sausages and scrambled eggs, cheese and bread , delicious pickled vegetables every one of them with unique flavors , they ate enough to keep both of them satisfied until their meeting.
Claire and Steve, both agreed to spent the day discovering and making use of all programs this great luxurious Hotel " Principe di Piemonte" had to offer, lots of massages and beauty treatments for Claire, Steve found himself enjoying the sauna more than he thought he would and with those little things the relaxing afternoon came to an end, they ate together and again agreed to meet in the lobby at 5pm.
Claire was getting use to comfy but pretty dresses since it was summer and the summer in Italy were really strong, being near the ocean didn't really help, except for the instant cooling when jumping into the water, otherwise the heat was a bearable all day companion, on this holidays she finally felt truly happy, it was hard leaving all thoughts about Leon and her prior life aside, but once she did that all that was left for her, was to enjoy a beautiful summer in Italy and as weird as it still sounded to her, there was Steve, a great companion.

She put her dress on and again looked at her beautiful reflection in the mirror, her face this time had a beautiful and subtle tan, a few little freckles and she literally looked about ten years younger, she didn't feel bad anymore for wearing dresses she normally would see girls in her twenties wearing, in the beginning she was forced because of the heat and although there was nothing bad about it and she looked great in them, she felt uncomfortable, but not today, she not only looked but felt younger and she thought about it, maybe it was Steve's beautiful and young spirit that made her feel this way and she had no worries at all, she didn't think about BOW's or Leon or anything else, she left all those nightmares and pain behind her, there was just Steve, the ocean and a wonderful summertime in Italy, after her realization she contently smiled showing her from the sun kissed and rosy cheeks.
Following the little path along the beautiful beach, still full of children and whole families bathing and having fun, the sun still at its finest ...
