I am happy to say that I finally found out my gender
I am Gender Fluid
I got help from this online therapy app named IPrevail, and it really helped me. The person, CoachSky if I remember correctly, helped me realise that it's not just He, She or They I may be. I can be any.
Online here, I would like it if people called me They. It may just give me more confidence to confront my friends and family about it. It will most likely take a month at least, but I will try my best to gain courage!
My mood has gone up a little, and yes I know that isn't what depression is but I don't feel as many negative thoughts as usual.
Yeah, I know no one will read this but it just helps getting it off my chest even if no one will see
