Clearing the air

Once you and midnight had made it back to school, she reminded you to keep quiet as you walked into the school.

You passed many empty classrooms and even classrooms filled with teachers that were socializing.

Then, you went into the nurses room. You'd been to the nurse before when you got the hickeys removed. She was super nice and didn't ask questions. That made you feel comfortable.

"I need help. Can you please restore this boys wounds." She placed the boy on her right shoulder onto the only bed. She placed Bakugou on the chair. You went to stand beside Bakugou. "What ever could've happened to this boy?" The nurse asked as she stared at the bruised up boy.

You were about to admit it was your fault before midnight spoke.

"These two boys got into a fight. Monoma was at fault. Bakugou was just protecting himself," She covered for you.

"It's going to take a while for him to heal." The nurse said as she looked at me. "Hello again." She smiled. "were you with these boys?" She asked.

"Yea. He's my boyfriend." You said as you pointed to Bakugou who was sleeping peacefully on the chair.

"Did you see the fight?" She asked.

You laughed nervously. You were the one in the fight. But she didn't know that. You looked over at midnight. She answered for you.

"She's still confused about what happened but she knows monoma was the one in the wrong." She told the nurse.

"I'll have to switch one of them to put them in different classes. I don't want them to use their quirks to harm eachother in my classroom." She added.

The nurse had agreed that that was the best course of action and finished healing Monoma.

You texted your mom telling her you'd be home an hour late today, as you wanted to make sure Bakugou was okay.

"Can you awake Bakugou?" You asked Midnight.

"Of course. Let me bring home Monoma here first. I'm sure his mother is worried." She said as she quickly picked the sleeping boy up and ran out of the room.

The nurse left the room leaving you and Bakugou alone. You held his hand as tightly as you could. Although he was under midnights power, and he was in deep sleep, you still whispered in his ear.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I fought him. I knew that you didn't want that. I knew you wanted me to stay by you. But I just couldn't. My feelings have been bottled up for a year now. No one has known how I've felt. I've wanted to beat the shit out of him but you were the only person keeping me sane." You sat on his lap and hugged him tight. You rested your head over his shoulder. He was sleeping. He wasn't responding. But his presence calmed you.

You soon fell asleep sitting on top of him. That is, until he woke you up.

"Huh? Bakugou you're awake?" You asked as you rubbed your eyes.

"Midnight woke me up. Then she left because she said young love needs 'alone time'. I don't know what that means... but, we should go home. It's been a long day." He said as he kissed your forehead.

"I really liked the way you beat his ass up. You're so strong and independent. Respect." He said as he stroked your hair. You climbed off of him as he got off the chair.

"I'll bring you home." He said as he grabbed your hand.

He held you close during the walk home. He didn't let go of you until you were at your house.

"Wait Bakugou would you like to have dinner with us?" you asked.

"No it'll be too much trouble. You should get some rest." He said not wanting to intrude your house without permission.
