THIRD P.O.V
As Chaos created the universe, a booming sound echoed through the empty voids of the universe. Its dynamic properties shook the universe and caused it to split. At this moment the story is left there, because, without even Chaos themself knowing, at that exact moment of time, the universe split. It split into two parts. The first half is the original story of the creation shows the birth of the Titans, and eventually the Olympians, as you know. But what happened to the second?***(This shows the AU that Chaos created)***
It all started at the beginning of time. As the creation of the world, as we known it, began to unfold, the demise of the gods was foretold. Unbeknownst to almost everyone, was a hidden evil, an immortal shadow that radiated pure terror and despair. It's job? To kill the gods. Now you may think, "I thought Gods were immortal?" But you have to question, how do we know? Sure, there are myths and legends that describe this, but what if it was a fallacy. What if he gods were trying to hide their true nature? Their true powers?Made from eternal darkness, The Shadow knew nothing but seeking the destruction of existence. The Shadow was trapped in chains, after it tried to destroy the creation of the universe. It's conscience had developed into a dark figure, with distant, blood-red eyes, enveloped with malice. For eternity in perpetual darkness, it was there, recklessly trying to break free and cause the end of existence, as we know it. But it couldn't break free, no matter its powerful aura and strength. It was chained there, only known to the very few that chained them. Very little was known about The Shadow. The only beings in the universe to even know about it, were beings of ultimate potency. These beings of incredible power were rare, and existed before time itself. These were the Primordial Gods, the most powerful beings in the universe.
The Shadow was a malicious figure. Although it physically couldn't break out, it often spiritually did. It's divine spirit travelled to the lowly, most desolate voids of creation, a thirst to find something, just something. The Shadow travelled everywhere, but found no signs of life. It wandered around, desperate for something to aid it. Eventually, the Shadow's deathly aura and hate for the Gods became so powerful, it formed its own consience, and its manevolance is corruptive, as it is whispered among stars and distant lands. Parts of this aura eventually was emitted out into the depths of the desolate void, wandering aimlessly throughout empty space. However, unlike any of the other Gods, the Shadow had countless unique abilities, that disrupted time and space itself. Well, if the Primordial Gods' power was the size of a ball, think of the Shadow's power as the size of a planet. But how did it get chained? Well, the Shadow, although extremely powerful, didn't know how to use its power to its full extent and was tricked with intelligence and deception.
For eternity, the universe bloomed with growth. Earth was created. The primordial Gods gave birth to gods, who would later form Titans, and eventually the Olympians. There was an abundant amount of life. In fact, the Primordial Gods, in this mystical universe, instead of halting activity, were there behind the scenes, keeping the universe balanced. Knowing that the evil that was stronger than them could not break the chains, the Primordial Gods went into a deep, deep sleep.Unfortunately for the Primordial Gods, The Shadow could not be chained forever. These seemingly impenetrable chains were to be broken in a way that it requires no physical strength. But it needed help. The problem was, who was there that could help him? Who could possibly reach out to him?
Although it seemed impossible, the fate of the world would succumb to the Shadow. It would succeed in breaking the chains. It was prophesised. It was only a matter of time, before things really changed.
