"Sokka, you really gotta just pick one." Katara grew tired of waiting on her brother to pick out the "perfect" pumpkin. "Aang and Zuko are probably already halfway done with getting the snacks and drinks, for the love of all things grab a damn pumpkin and let's go."

"Wow Katara, I expected more from you. You can't rush the picking process." Sokka spoke in a playful tone but he was nothing but serious.

Sokka picked up the same pumpkin 6 times, looked at all the sides, felt the stem, hit it, shook it, and measured it, all before finally deciding to get that pumpkin.

Katara thanked the spirits under her breath and went to go pay for the pumpkins. Sokka following close behind.

"Aang, I really hate to tell you this but I don't think they have a halloween costume big enough for Appa, hes a 200 pound St.bernard. You won't find anything." Zuko was tired of standing in the pet section of "Sozins only stop", hes already looked at all the fish, squeaked all the sqeeky toys, and looked at the christmas decorations in the isle across from where Aang was-very seriously-trying to find something that will fit Appa.

"No, he needs something, momo has a ghost sheet sweater, Appa needs something too." Aang pets were his number one priority.

"Momo is also a 2 pound ferret. You can order his something of amazon, can we just please go get the food? Sokka and Katara are probably already on their way here."

Aang got up with a huff and reluctantly followed Zuko. They decided on fire flakes, mini fruit pies, sea prunes, seal jerky(Zuko made sure to save those for Sokka), unfried dough?, and some odd colors cabbage cookies.

They also got normal boring stuff like chicken and milk and cheese and Aang over priced vegan food.

"We if it isn't my favorite Pole vaulting master, and Jerk-bender." Sokka made his presence known with a click of his tongue and finger guns.

"Jerk bender? really, I expected more from you?" Zukos favorite thing is to tease Sokkas nicknames, Sokka is so good at acting offended Zuko sometimes frantically apologizes and tells him "your nicknames are actually really clever, even tho some don't make sense, I promise you they aren't stupid I was just being mean." This results in a small chuckle from Sokka and Zuko can never manage to hold that blush his smile gives him.

Aang and Katara greeted each other, Katara-to nobody's surprise-began ranting about Sokkas pumpkin picking, and Aang listened like it would be the last thing he'd ever hear, then when he had to he chance he complained about the lack of "dog size recognition".

"They had like, no pumpkins, and I couldn't just get you and I bad pumpkins! I mean Katara looked at two pumpkins s and said "Well here mine and Aangs" SHE PICKED A PUMPKIN IN 3 SECONDS!" Sokka was ranting to Zuko about how Katara was to quick to pick, and to impatient to appreciate the art of pumpkin picking.

The drive home was nice. The pumpkin patch and the store were right next to each other but not together, so Sokka and Katara dropped of Zuko and Aang and then went back to the pumpkin patch.

So you know, only one car=saving on gas.

Aang is the designated driver, after him is Katara. Unless she's driving she's in the passengers seat with the music. Zuko and Sokka sit in the middle row, Sokka being sat behind the driver, and Zuko behind the passenger. In the case that Toph is with them she sits in the very back, and in the super rare cases Suki shows up, she's in the very back with Toph, normally with feet and legs splayed over each other.
