Chapter 12- "Today is the day"

Kalie's P.O.V.

This morning I woke up to the constant beep of my alarm clock that just wouldn't shut up!! Great way to start the day that I was already dreading.  Today is the day that me and Justin have to go on live T.V. and admit to the world that 'Jalie' is real, oh joy!!

Suddenly a smile makes it way to my face as I recall the past events from last night, I honestly can't believe I'm saying this, but  had a really fun day yesterday after the prank incident of course!

I slowly got up to make myself at least a bit presentable, I really don't have to do much because of the hair and make-up crew, the wardrobe crew was just an extra perk of being famous!! 

I walked to the bathroom in my room and start to straighten my hair, making it a bit more tamed, I don't really want to go in public with my lion mane!!

I walked down stairs after I brushed my teeth and got dressed. Once I got down to kitchen I could already smell te bacon sizzling! and boy did it smell good!! 

I ran through the kitchen doors chanting to myself, "bacon, bacon, bacon, Kalie want bacon!!" I quickly hushed once I heard the low chuckle coming from a male, I looked over to the oven to see Justin standing there cooking the bacon with only pajama pants on. God Dammit, don't stare. 

"Like what you see" was all I heard as it snapped me out of my dreamy daze, shit! Justin just caught me red handed but I would never admit to that!  

"What NO!" I said rather quickly averting my gaze to his eyes, but just after I said that I couldn't help myself from flicking my eyes down to his toned abs. 

"Yeah what ever you say peeping tom!" Justin said turning around to my pleasure I could finally hide the crimson pink blush on my cheeks.  

"can I have bacon?" I asked Justin while he was turning off the stove. 

"Yeah sure I can make you a plate up, do you want some eggs too?" Justin asked me, awwe what a gentleman.  I'm still not buying it though and he is still an ass, I just have to contain myself on this talk show interview today, I will not have my heart played with by Justin Bieber!

"No, but thanks for the offer." I told Justin as he was finishing placing my bacon on my plate.

Justin and I finished our breakfast making small talk while we ate.  Maybe today wouldn't be so bad.

--- BEFORE INTERVIEW ---

Justin and I were currently sitting down in front of Usher getting our annual before show pep-talk. Usher also had other plans though and said we had to say yes to any request the interviewer asked.  To my displeasure I had to agree or I would have to face the consequences.

Justin and I made our way out on stage and sat down on the love seat that was placed across from the interviewer who I had learned her name was Julia.  That slut!! She was all over Justin, you know the stereotypical blond bimbo? that was exactly her.  She had bleach blond hair with dark brown routes showing she also looked like the crayola factory blew up on her face, she looked gross and jeezzz! Someone went overboard with the fake tan! I thought that Willy Wonka was going to pop out of somewhere, she could have been an oompa loompa!

She was practically throwing herself at Justin, flirting with him right in front of me! Like seriously is she that low? I think she forgot that she was doing an interview on the worlds hottest new couple, I know that Justin and I aren't really dating but the world doesn't know that and niether did she so why was she being so bitchy towards me? Jealous Much?  I think so!!

Justin and I got a 5 minute break while the show was showing sponsors and airing different commercials.

I went to go and talk to Usher about the interviewer and I was about to ask him if I could just leave because all she was doing was asking Justin about his Believe tour which was officially over last week, I didn't need to be here for that, I found my body completely stopping and I slowly made my way over to the door marked 'crew only' I heard shouting and then I heard a big loud crash and a women shout "YOU'RE FIRED!!" Just then I quickly scurried away from the door and pretended to act natural.  

I looked over to see who just got fired and noticed it was Julia, she gave me a death glare before approaching me and telling me; "It was you fault I got fired bitch!" I quickly jumped away before her fist came in contact with my jaw. I smirked to myself as I successfully dodged that bullet.

She was quickly scooped up by security and banned from the studio that we were filming in.  Apparently she was too touchy with Justin and if she kept it up, they would never have any celebrity guests or viewers, which was true, just seeing her face was enough to make you want to change the channel and once you heard er squeaky voice you would want to immediately turn the whole t.v. off and wash your ears out!! and I'm not over-exaggerating!

A security guard quickly rushed over to me and asked if I was okay, I said yes and was escorted of in another direction, to the stage. 

When I got back to the couch, I resumed my spot and position I was sitting in before.  I noticed that this time it was a completely different interviewer who seemed to be around her late 30s early 40s, I smiled to myself, she seemed to be much more tamed, and I now have no need to be cautious of her flirting with Justin, I almost couldn't handle that bimbo who got fired, thank god she did!!

The interview was going along great Justin and I got along all 'couply' and the interview was surprisingly going great! 

"So how long have you and Justin been dating, Kalie dear?" The unnatural happy-go-lucky personality of the interview was starting to show and get annoying.

Before I could answer, Justin beat me to it with his cheeky reply.

"Just about 1 month" Justin said with a huge grin and wink my way, placing his arm around my shoulder. I gave him a huge smile and looked into his eyes playing along with this act quite good, I was honestly really proud of my developing acting skills. 

"Now, Justin, Kalie, I'm no scientist but I can tell when there is chemistry between you two!" The now getting annoying interviewer stated.  I just stared at her and so did Justin, I couldn't help but give her a blank expression, same with Justin... We were defiantly not expecting that statement to be put out there.  

The interviewer then laughed and Justin and I soon fakely started to join in, having a silent conversation between each other about how awkward this was getting, we were both quite frankly uncomfortable at the moment but it was getting hard not to sence the tension in the room. 

I averted my gaze over to the clock behind the camera filming all of this live, broadcasting it to the world, I was happy to see only 1 minute left of air  time. when the interviewer asked the dreaded question that sent me and Justin into Panic mode.

"Looks like were running out of time viewers, but don't worry, we are going to be the very first studio, and production to capture the first official Kiss of the new hottest couple, Kalie and Justin!!" The interviewer said in a cheery voice, I could tell everybody was sitting at the end of there seats to capture the first Jalie public kiss, but inside I knew that Justin and I were freaking out, we weren't even on hugging terms and now we had to kiss on national television.

So this is what Usher meant when he said that we had to fulfill all of the interviewers requests.

Dammit, Usher. This is taking it too far!
