You and Nishinoya raced to the cafeteria. You saw Kiyoko sitting at a table with a ton of boys.
"Y/N, meet the team!" Kiyoko said signaling you to sit down next to her.
"Hi Y/N!" The team exclaimed. You hadn't realized that Noya was sitting next to you cause you were to busy meeting everyone. You turned to your side stretching but on accident you hit Nishinoya in the head not realizing he was there.
"Oh my god I am so sorry Noya," You kissed his cheek that you had smacked. He turned bright red and ran out of the room. You waited a little to see if he came back but he didn't, so you went searching for him. As your walking an arm reaches out from the janitors closet, pulling you in.
It was Noya.
"Y/N... I know we just met in all but can i take you on a date? You're just so pretty, smart, kind, the team loves you, you're perfect! From the way you curl your hair or bite your lip when your nervous, to the way you blush when you get embarrassed. I just love everything about you." You start immensely blushing as you start nodding your head up and down.
"S-sure I will." He pulls you into a embrace and you never want to let go.
'I'm so happy we bumped into each other' you both thought.
The rest of the day went by pretty quickly, like normal you and Noya talking in every class; getting yelled at by teachers. But once school was finally over you headed straight for the gym. Well what you thought was the gym. You open a door but see the whole team changing, including Nishinoya.
"I AM SO SORRY" you yelled shutting the door and walking out as fast as possible. Eventually you finally find the right door and tell Kiyoko what happens as she laughs at your bright red face. The team has already started practicing and Kiyoko already had filled the waters, so you just sat and watched practice. Everytime Noya made a receive his eyes would instantly go to you to see if you were watching, you'd always smile with encouragement or give him a slight thumbs up.
After a while practice was over and it was almost dark outside. The boys went to the locker room to change as you and Kiyoko took down the net and cleaned the floors. The two of you began to leave as you heard a familiar voice.
"Hey! Y/N, wait up!!" Just as you thought, it was Nishinoya Yuu.
"I'll let you two have some alone time.." Kiyoko said as she walked to her car.
"Can I pleaseeeee walk you home Y/N" Yuu pleaded with puppy dog eyes.
"If you really want to, then sure." You were a bit confused why he was so enthusiastic about just walking you home. The two of you walked towards your now home, the both of yours hands bumped into each other quite a few times, but this time; as you bumped hands Yuu grabbed your hand and intertwined his fingers with yours. Both of you were still walking but now it was silent.
"About that date," You started, "Where are we gonna go?"
"Well, uh. That's a surprise for tomorrow! Just dress casually and be ready by 12 p.m. sharp." He almost looked as he was gonna start jumping with joy. The two of you by that point had just reached your house.
"Does this night really have to end already?" Nishinoya sighed. This time, you pulled him into a warm embrace, which he gladly returned. After what felt like forever you pulled away.
"Kiyoko is probably waiting for me, goodnight Yuu-Senpai." You shut the door, leaning your back against it with a major smile. 'I think I really like him!' You thought to yourself.
Nishinoya stood outside the door with his face bright red and a smile from ear to ear. After standing outside a few seconds he happily ran back to his house to tell his mom all about you.
