this is a non-sleeping method for reality shifting. you CAN sleep after you finish visualizing, but it is not necessary.

- get in a comfortable position and put on headphones. you do not need to lay in starfish, but you can if you want.

- meditate until no thoughts head empty. you can listen to subliminals, guided meditation, or just calming music! of course meditation isn't necessary but highly recommended for beginners or those who haven't shifted yet.

- play a song you can slow dance to. it can be anything, as long as you can envision yourself slow dancing to it. imagine you're in a room. it can be any room, but make sure it looks like it belongs in your dr.

- picture someone from your desired reality asking you to dance. you should be visualizing this in the first person. (from your pov- like you're seeing it with your eyes!) and imagine your desired reality self slow dancing with them.

- focus on just the two of you the whole time, try not to get distracted. your eyes should be closed and you should not move using this method!

- when the song is over, and it doesn't matter wether it loops, another plays, or silence happens (i personally recommend having subliminals or theta waves playing after), see the person you were dancing with saying "it's time to go home now." and they will open a door for you.

- behind the door is a bright white light. walk into that light.

- once you're fully in the light, repeat affirmations in your head (i have shifted, i am going home, i'm going to my desired reality)

- repeat the affirmations until you begin to feel like your falling. this could take a while! stay patient! once you feel like you're falling, stay focused, and keep repeating affirmations as you fall. your vision will go completely white, your ears might start ringing or you might get other symptoms.

- eventually your vision should fade to black. once you feel like you're there, open your eyes! you're in your desired reality! or, alternatively, fall asleep instead of opening your eyes, and you should wake up in your dr. ^-^

REMEMBER THAT SHIFTING TAKES TIME! don't be discouraged if it doesn't work the first, second, third time etc. you WILL shift! practice makes perfect! good luck!
