Seb felt understandably apprehensive as he waited in his hotel suite for Nevaeh to arrive. They hadn't spoken to each other since Sunday and now that they were in Canada and he was planning on seeing his daughter next weekend, he wanted to get this agreement sorted once and for all. After the way things had ended the last time they'd spoken, he just hoped that Neev would be in a better mood and more open to his proposals. He also hoped that she'd come on her own because he really wasn't in the mood to see Fernando away from the race track as well as on it.

A tap on the door signalled her arrival and he crossed the lounge to go and let her in.

She swept inside, not even saying hello and leaving a scented trail of Dior behind her - his favourite.

"Good morning to you too Nevaeh." He smirked sarcastically, sensing her frosty mood towards him instantly as he let the door swing shut. "Good flight over?"

"I'm here to look at the agreement, not make small talk." She replied, tapping her foot impatiently on the wooden floor.

He bit his tongue, if that was how she wanted to be, then so be it.

Spying the sheets of paper on the coffee table, she quickly picked them up and then sat down on a sofa to read them. As she'd half expected, nothing had changed apart from the date when he wanted to take Anaya to Switzerland for a week. It seemed that things had reached a stalemate quickly.

"Need a pen?" Seb asked breezily as he made his way over to her.

She just stared at the paper, her resolve to stay confident and strong was crumbling. "I can't sign this." She stated, dropping the agreement back on to the table.

"The way I see it, you have no other option." He replied.

She looked up at him as he stood the other side of the coffee table. His eyes looked cold and empty, not their usual bright blue, lacking the warmth and the feelings he'd shown towards her the times they'd kissed. "Why are you being like this?! Please Seb, surely we can sort things out without involving lawyers?"

"Why I am being like this? Because you kept our child a secret from me, because I don't want you calling all the shots and I don't want you giving me what scraps of time you have left for me to see my daughter." He replied cooly, trying to keep his cool because while he wanted to get this sorted, he also wanted to try and to start re-build the bridges with her that he'd smashed on Sunday. "Just sign it Neev, then we can all move on."

"I don't want you taking Anaya to Switzerland, I'm not ready for that to happen yet." She said, giving a glance to the papers.

"Then come with us."

She thought quickly, surely there'd be some kind of law that meant he just couldn't take her away without her say so. "You can't take her out of the country without my permission."

He gave a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders. "Fine, then I'll have to take you to court to gain the access I want."

"You wouldn't do that." She spat, her temper quickly rising as she got more and more protective over Anaya. "It'd end up all over the press and you'd hate that. It'd be like your worst nightmare."

"It would not end up in the press unless it was you who put it out there and you wouldn't do that Anaya, now please sign it Neev." He said, staying eerily calm in the face of her rising temper.

"Please, reconsider taking her to Switzerland. I'm not ready and she might not be either." She pleaded.

"Why aren't you ready? Is it that you don't trust me? It can't be any other reason because you're quite happy to leave her in Spain while you travel with Fernando." He pointed out before adding, "Just sign it. The offer is there for you to travel with Anaya too if you really don't trust me. Do you think I won't bring her back?"
