Marrinette flushed a brilliant scarlet and gasped, trying to figure out what just came out of his mouth. Once his words were fully registered she side eyed him and slapped him harshly on the shoulder. Chloe who was opposite Damian looked vivid. She was in as much shock as Marrinette just with the addition of rage that he could say that about her innocent best friend.

Chloe pratically growled whilst lunging at him from across the table shouting threats.

The rest of the family watched in confusion as the events went down. None of them spoke said language, so they were all unaware of what got Marrinette into a fluster and Chloe into such rage. The situation was quite amusing to them especially when Chloe lunged at Damian from across the table in attempt to tackle him down and strangle him whilst growling out threats.

As Chloe lunged for the chuckling Wayne heir the table clattered as foods infront of her fell.

She suddenly jumped from mostly being ontop of the table and onto Damian making him and his chair fall. This however didnt stop Chloe from shouting 'If you dare touch a single hair on my Maribug you will be hearing from me and the entire MPS and trust me we wont let this go lightly. Our Maribug is innocent and we will love for her to stay that way, No Wayne is doing anything to our Mari do you understand.

Marrinette was currently covering her face with her hands wishing for a hole or something to swallow her whole. The Wayne brothers that werent being tackled by an Angry bee tried to interogate Marrinette and question her of what Damian had said. With no avail from the blushing blue haired girl.

From the head of the table, Bruce cleared his throat making everyone stop including but not limited to the queen bee. Chloe got up and dusted herself off whilst glaring at Damian whilst he did the same.

Once everyone was seated again amd the food that fell was sorted Bruce decided to ask what was on everyones mind.

"What did Damian say" he questioned looking between the three teens for an answer. Marrinette turned red once more and slammed her head against the table in embarrassment. Chloe was piercing a gaze through Damians soul. Damian gave Chloe a don't tell look which made her smirk.

Although it may embarrass Marrinette it will be totally worth seeing Damian's brothers tease him for the rest of his life about what he said. Chloe opened her mouth to speak but a red bug stopped her by declaring "please dont clo, i will never live this down"

Chloe raised an eyebrow before closing her mouth shut. Eventhough she wanted to tell she wouldn't do that to her Maribug, it would be too cruel especially considering how she looked at Chloe silently begging her not to tell.

Bruce looked expectantly at Damian who returned a smug look. He side eyed Marrinette before saying.

"I just said- and closing his mouth again gulping at the dangerous glint he saw in Marrinettes eye.
