chap 4: Commotion

Cross POV:
"I GOT YOU BRO!!"

Reaper and I just had portaled in of OuterTale, just in time to see Ink backing up and slipped off the cliff. Without any hesitation me and Reaper immediately ran to the edge of the cliff to get him.

Neither of us can reach Ink by the time we got there, the fastest thing we can come up is with Reaper holding on to my feet and me dangling over the edge. Reaper was supporting himself using his scythe like a grappling hook to at least make us longer so we can reach Ink. Thank goodness it worked! I got Ink and Reaper started pulling us all up back to the edge of OuterTale.

"Ink! Thank gods Cross cought you in time!"

All Reaper did after he said that is to hug a out cold Ink very comfortingly. But before I can even get to hug Ink myself I noticed a yellow note? That's when I actually took the time to look at Ink (not that way you sinner's) he had cuts, injuries and cracks all over his body...who did this? Without another word I quickly checked the back of Ink's skull. It had 3 yellow notes STAPLED on the back of his damn skull.

"Reaper w-what happened?!"
I reached my breaking point. I can't hold back my tears anymore.

"I found him at UnderFell. I was going to do my daily work when I saw the look of UnderFell. It was still messed up so I tried to call Ink, he didn't answer so I walked and waited from time-to-time."

"Why didn't you asked the monsters of the AU if they have seen him?"

"I did! And the all look absolutely disappointed when every time I said Ink's name!"

What was he talking about!??

"What do you mean the looked disappointed? Ink's literally the protector of AU's!"

" I MEAN THEY JUST LOOKED AT ME WHEN I MENTIONED HIM! NOT EVEN A WORD CAME OUT OF THERE DAMN MOUTH!!"

They what!? How ungrateful can they get!? What the hell is wrong with them!? I know the AU was UnderFell and not many monsters were kind there but that doesn't add up! That could at least told Reaper to "fuck off" or get angry at him for even questioning them. But they just looked!? It really doesn't add up.
I was furious! Tears sill running down at me and Reaper's face. First OuterTale then now UnderFell!? Oh didn't I mention this happened twice now! Ink told us everything after he just wanted to visit OuterTale for a relaxing time alone, then out of nowhere monsters started throwing threat's to Ink saying he should leave or they'll hurt him. Ink told us this week's ago, and now This!? He was injured as fuck!

"Reaper we need to get Ink to Science now!"

Reaper was shaking slightly while carrying Ink bridal style, I was drying my tears with some random clothing in my pocket.

I opened a portal and we walked to Science's lab, I look over to Reaper and Ink as soon as we stepped in. I closed the portal behind us as Reaper was sill crying over Ink. I can't blame him.

" Reaper your back with Ink!"
We both looked where the voice was coming from, it turns out it was Science.

" Science please take him already and heal him!"

Reaper's voice was nervous and worried, Science nodded and assistance came and took Ink away on a table. After that Reaper looked like he was about to burst out sobbing, I quickly hugged Reaper to at least make him feel a little bit better.

" what if Ink was to injured to wake up Cross? What will we do? I can't let that h-happened"

" Hey! Reaper look at me!"
I had to pull Reaper's hood down to make him aware I wasn't playing around. I then hold Reaper's face like when Gordon Ramsey said when your being an Idiot sandwich.
