When I woke back up, I heard muttering next to me. I wonder if I had been dreaming when I saw Vic sitting next to me... I kept my eyes closed so I could listen to the conversation.

"...can't believe you would do that..." one of them whispered. Was that Mike?

"I had to help her..."

"And you did help her! Why couldn't you leave after she was at the hospital?"

Ouch... I though to myself.

"There were no old scars on her wrists. I want to know why she did it."

"Who cares why she did it? She wanted to die... why couldn't you just let her?"

"Would you have left me?" Vic demanded. That was a low blow...

"It's not the same."

"And why not!"

"Because you don't even know her! Was it because of her? You can'the save them all Vic!"

"I can at least try! And since when are you such an ass? I thought you cared about the cutters too."

I chose that moment to" wake up."

"W-wh-where am I?"

I've always been good at acting...

"Vic and Mike Fuentes?!?"

"Hey kid!" Vic walked over to me. "I see you finally woke up."

"God I hope so." I'm not attracted to the Fuentes brothers. I always liked Turtle. Turtle is freaking adorable!

"Do you have a home I could take you to?" asked Vic. I shook my head.

"Any parents?" I shook my head again.

"Mom died..." I mumbled.

"What about your dad?"

"Never met him before..."

"Were you at an orphanage?" asked Mike.

"Nope."

"Were you on the streets then?"

"Nuh-uh."

"Then where did you live?" Mike was starting to sound frustrated about then.

Just then, a doctor burst through the door.

"Sir," he arrested Mike, "the DNA results came back."

"Great! Did you find her family?"

"Yes... her mother is dead. He father is still alive though..."

"Who is he then?" Mike sounded really Ticked off now. He just really wanted a straight answer.

The doctor seemed timid when he spoke to Mike again, "Umm... you..."
