Name: Vicious Wings

Ability: Vicious Wings are a pair of white snowy owl wings. These wings cannot be hidden. Vicious Wings, under the government, is registered as a flying quirk. Another two things about Vicious Wings is that, if you drink something, the wings go that colour. The second thing about this quirk is that, like Hawks with Fierce Wings, you can control the feathers.

Drawback: A drawback of Vicious Wings is that you can feel whatever the feathers feel (e.g. if a feather gets flicked, you would feel it as well).
