Sirius has ADHD. He can never sit still. In every class he's either bouncing his leg or shaking his arm or something. He also has anxiety and only Remus and sometimes James can calm him down.
Remus has depression. The fact that he's a werewolf doesn't help the cause. Most of the time, Sirius is the only one who can make him smile and sometimes laugh.
James has OCD. He hates it when Sirius doesn't clean up after himself or Remus leaves his books and jumpers all over the dorm.
