Ash: Gary... First of all, he's a guy, and secondly, his name is Nagisa Shiota.

Prof. Oak: Ok, let's start; here we have the Kanto starter pokemon: Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander. Next to them, are the Jhoto starter pokemon: Chikorita, Totodile, and Cyndaquil. Next are the Hoenn starter pokemon: Treecko, Mudkip, and Torchic. After that, we have the Sinnoh starter pokemon: Turtwig, Piplup, and Chimchar, next we have the Unova starter pokemon: Snivy, Oshawott, and Tepig, and these three are the Kalos starter pokemon: Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie. These little rascals are the Alola starter pokemon: Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio. These energized pokemon are the Galar starter pokemon: Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, and lastly these two additional starter pokemon from Kanto too; Pikachu and Eevee.

Nagisa's thoughts: Wow, that's a lot but I know what I have decided.
Prof. Oak: Go on, take your time young man. I used to be a skilled trainer back in my days when I was your age.
Nagisa: Ash, all of your journeys in every region really inspired me, and it gives me hope and happiness. So, I know what I decided. *walk over to one of the pokemons* Hi there Froakie! *smiles*
Froakie: Fro! *hops on to Nagisa's shoulder*
Prof. Oak: Froakie a bubble frog pokemon. Excellent choice. Here, take this pokedex and these pokeballs on catching new pokemons or should I say, your new siblings.
Nagisa: Siblings?
Ash: That's right, if you catch a pokemon. It's officially your new brother or sister. If that's what you want.
Nagisa: Are you kidding? I love it! Right little bro?
