...I practiced my dancing and cheer routines but that's irrelevant...

I also just realized that in legit 99% of my oneshots (if not all) the peeps are always living together??????

So, I tried something new today.

It was raining.
Again. 
You'd think it'd stop but noooooooo.

It just HAD to rain for 10 days straight. 

A text ran through the silent air in the house.

Annoying Brat:
Hey guys-wanna come and have a sleepover at Everglen? I'm sending Fitz to go get the snacks. 

Wait you are?
And Keefe, change the name back

I grumbled and turned off my phone as all of my friends sent various messages of confirmation. Getting in my car, I reviewed the shopping list I had been given.

"Hey dud-YOU GOOT DORYEETOS GIMME!!!!!!!" Keefe tried-and failed-to grab the Doritos bag from my hand. 

"No. They're miiiiiiiiinnnnnneeeeee..." I hissed, pulling the bag and cradling them. 

"You can't even share a coupleeeee?" Keefe whined.

"No."

"Okay, so what movie do you want to watch?" Biana asked, putting an end to our bickering. "I've got The Greatest Showman, To All The Boys I've Loved Before, some weird movie called It, or OH MY GOSH I REMEMBER THIS MOVIE!"

My sister stared at her phone in awe. I cleared my throat. "So, uh, are you going to tell us, or..."

"Oh right! The Fifth Wave!"

We took a vote over which movie to watch. Linh and Dex voted The Greatest Showman, Biana and Marella voted To All The Boys I've Loved Before,  and Tam, Keefe, and I all voted for It. 

We started up the movie and put out the snacks, majority of us snuggling with our S.O's.

Keefe had slunk an arm around Sophie at the start of the movie, but would scream like a five-year-old girl every time something scary would show up, causing at the end him basically being curled up in fetal position in Sophie's lap, with her awkwardly patting his head. 

Both Biana and Tam had managed to fall asleep on each other's shoulders, then Marella and Linh were just eating snacks and cuddling with a fearful expression on Linh's face. 

Then there was Dex and I. 

At the start, I was watching the movie like normal. We were on our respective sides of the beanbag chair. Then I started shaking in fear about 30 mins in (idk I've personally never watched the movie sorry if it's not scary at that point, or scarier way earlier on.)

For some odd reason, Dex, seeing my fear, came over and hugged me. I, not really knowing what I was doing, cuddled closer to him. We both took turns getting scared, then snuggling in closer to each other. 

At some point, we both seemed to doze off on each other, but not before I heard my sister whisper, 

"...Ship it like Fedex..."

I'm not an idiot, I know what a ship is.

But I didn't like Dex like that...right?

Right?

At about 2am, I heard Biana screech to wake us all up. 

And when I woke up, what did I see exactly on my shoulder? 

Oh, nothing.

Just Wonderboy.

With my cheeks probably matching a firetruck, I poked him. 

He was clearly awake, but his eyes were closed.

"Fitz, uh, you're on my shoulder."

Fitz bolted up, blushing like a firetruck as well. Luckily, Biana took pity on us.

For about one millisecond. 

"Let's play  truth or dare!" She squealed. Sophie groaned, and many other people pouted and protested, but one death glare shut us all up. 

"Okay, I'll go first," she declared, "Fitz, truth or dare?" 

"dare," he said with a confident smile that made me swoon. I'm not oblivious like everyone else. I know I like him.

"I dare you to kiss Dex."

We both started sputtering, causing Biana to roll her eyes, and smush our faces together. 

At first, we just looked at each other in surprise, but then my heart started fluttering and I leaned into it more. 

Keefe coughed "ship it like fedex," causing me to pull away, the two of us bright red. 

The rest of the game caused in a blur, until Fitz stood up.

"WHO ATE ALL THE DORITOS???"

I did.

And I was licking the dust off my fingers.

Shoot.

Not really fedex, but just take it lol byeee
